- Reviews:*updated* Worst experience we could ever have… our personal belongings were not wrapped properly, a lot of items were not even wrapped at all, and some items were wrapped using our bed pillows and bed covers…… our daughter’s dresser was broken, our sheets mixed with rugs, door step broken, they put personal belonging in trash cans (with trash), I could go on and on and on. Our service was $3,600 .. I talked to several different companies, Cardinal Moving, Two Guys and a Truck, and All My Sons .. we went with them because we though we were paying more for a better service … but man we were wrong. They claimed they ran out of boxes, which at the end of the move we saw a bunch of unused boxes in their truck (we have photos and videos of everything)… I don’t understand.. we really want an explanation. They used out blankets to wrap even though we had way fewer items than the original estimate that came personally to our house…. What a sad day. Seeing our belongs been handled with such careless really broke us. The answer for them now is .. file a claim …By Paula Ragauskas (a week ago)I complained about the movers and asked for a refund to the number in which I’ve communicated with the company prior. Then I made a claim through email. I’ve been completely ignored and am going to have to make a complaint through the better business bureau. I was quoted about $600 initially which turned into $2200 and they didn’t do their job at all the majority of the time. They were supposed to be done with their previous job around noon according to the office guy. They didn’t get to our place until 6pm. After doing this to another family they decided to take forever for our small 2 bedroom apartment as well and didn’t leave until 3:30 am when our new home had no stairs and was only 5 min away. They called me right before 6 saying they were 30 min away and then charged me for an hour of drive time. They charged me over a couple hundred for packing materials which remain unused in a huge pile in my apartment. The office guy said I needed 3 movers because of my treadmill. They wouldn’t move my treadmill and it’s still at the old location I moved from! One of the 3 guys was always sitting down so only 2 men were working at any one time. They kept stopping and talking or joking around and sitting on their phones when I was being charged per hour. I want a refund of at least half of my money or I will make a formal complaint and take it to court since I have at least 4 witnesses to prove what I’m saying is true. Don’t hire these people. They don’t send good workers and they allow people who are obviously messing around and not focusing on work and keeping time down for the customer which is crazy at 200 and hour and 200 just to show up for them driving to you! Honestly pleased with every aspect of All My Sons, especially after getting scammed by a moving brokerage and being out a $400 deposit a week before moving it was very refreshing to have legitimate, friendly, helpful, and experienced movers every step of the way! Both T and Chris really went above and beyond in terms of making sure all of my stuff was safely wrapped up, secured, and that it made the 3 hour journey in one piece and making sure everything was where it was supposed to be. The follow up crew were extremely nice and helpful moving our items into the apartment during a chaotic and stressful time. The second crew was constantly asking how they could help us in our move and offering to help arrange and rearrange furniture as needed. Brandon, Javon, and Ethan were the second crew! The morning of delivery they sent a text reminding that the arrival time is eastern time because the delivery was in central time zone. Amazing work by Cardinal Moving! Definitely recommend to anyone. Jamal, Mateo, Lonell and Joshua were on time, polite, hard working and helped us move out of our house and into our new home in the rain! Very efficient and worked very hard. Hopefully we won’t need to move again soon, but I will be recommending to any friends moving!
I was really nervous about moving since the last company I used damaged half of my furniture, were super unprofessional, and complained the entire time. However, I kept seeing Cardinal Moving at my former complex and decided to give them a try. My movers were Jacob F. and Hans W. and they were both excellent. They wrapped my furniture and took special care of everything that I had even though I know climbing up and down the stairs in the heat isn’t an easy task. Most of all they were both super professional and personable. I will definitely be recommending Cardinal Moving.
Kwaymae and Nathan Sanchez did an awesome job moving everything asked with care and great attitudes. Made the move less stressful and did it with a smile. Extremely respectful to the houses, property and items moved. Whatever they are paid is not enough for the amount of respect they showed.
Will recommend the company in the future.

This was the seventh time our family has used Cardinal Movers and we highly recommend them! While each team has been professional, kind, responsive and thoughtfully cautious, this team was the best! Samuel, Deshawn, Tyron, and Carlos were fantastic! Thanks guys!
I was really disappointed in the fact that when I spoke with the schedulers over the phone we were told the estimation to move everything would take 2-3 hours but the moving crew took over 5 hours just to move items out of a 2 bedroom apartment. This was the longest move I’ve ever experienced, and we were only moving right around the corner – literally. College hunks helped me move from Lexington, KY to Louisville, and finished in less than 3 hours. In my opinion, Cardinal should provide a realistic timeframe for movers. However, the 2 movers were extremely friendly and nice.
