Hello, I used the moving company on 4/5/2323.Before my move date i told them i needed the movers to arrive after 9am because i work nightshift as a registered nurse. The morning of the move they called me at 7:45 stating that they were on the way. I was still at work. I felt rushed so i called Will the person i told about arrival time and he was like “i talk to lots of people everyday Ma’am.” I also told them i would provide my own clear wrap, tap , and cloths. But they still tried to use they’re own. So i reiterated the message to the movers and they were unaware of this. They also tried to charge me for it as well. One mover was rude and cursing he had locs and glasses. The guy with locs claimed about taking down my bed and appeared short tempered when he couldn’t figure out how to disassemble it. The over mover was nice and well mannered and professional.The movers broke my 6 drawer dresser and my king size bed. My dresser leg was completely damaged . My king size bed assembled incorrectly, screws missing , and screws completely stripped. My bed fell in as soon as I sat on it that night. I provided pictures. Lastly, my name was fraudulently signed on the contract forms. No one asked for my permission to sign any forms but when I received the bill my name was signed and initialled. That is called falsifying documents which is a felony offense. My $100.00 deposit was not on my final bill as a credit. Please explain. I do not want to get my lawyer involved. But if I have to I will. We had an incident in which another group was also moving out and rudely claimed/hogged the freight elevator, but he kept everything flowing by setting up a staging area and wrapping, gathering our items and using another elevator while we caught the freight elevator again. I was very pleased with my 4 movers. My guys, led by Marcus, were very understanding when I had marked a few items incorrectly. All 4 of my guys were courteous, enthusiastic, and took great care with my items, many of which were antiques. Nothing was too heavy or large for them. Great care was taken to avoid nicking door facings and walls. They followed my directions and made sure that I was satisfied with the placement of my valued possessions. I really didn’t have to lift a finger; the work was done for me. If I should ever have to move again, I would be happy to use Big League and, especially, my crew. R. Sluder. 2.6.23
Had the best experience with Big League Movers. Had 4 guys (George, John, Donald, and Barnett) and 2 trucks, who showed up on time and were very polite! They were efficient, helpful and got things done quickly! We loaded in less than time that I thought and were able to get to the new house and unload. Took care of all our furniture and handled as if it were their own. Would definitely use Big League again, and request the same four guys! Thank you!!
Fast and hard working, Jessie and Barnett did a great job moving my father into his new apartment. The move was hassle free and Big League movers provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use them in the future for my moving needs.
James Manwell, Jayonto Davis and A. Ramiz were very professional. They were very easy to work with and handled the furnishings with care. I felt very confident in their work ethic and appreciated the way they explained their policies and the way they handled questions/concerns.
