Dexter was extremely courteous and helpful. His behavior made us feel valued customer. I always call Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing need and they have always delivered the best service.
The tech was professional and polite but I think he was in over his head. Spent 7+ hours on day one and had to come back the next day on his schedule with another tech to help him finish the job. Granted this was only a leaky shower faucet. My water was off for a total of 10 hours and had to keep my dogs outside the whole time. Plus I was not informed before he cut a terrible hole in my drywall that it’s not their responsibility to repair it. I had to fix it myself after a $1000 job just for a faucet replacement…won’t use them again for anything.
Nate is absolutely top tier. He was incredibly responsive and professional and fixed the plumbing issues we had and informed us of further measures we could take to ensure that the issues don’t pop up again in the future. 10/10 and should any plumbing issues arise in the future, I know who I can call and rely on to help.
Daniel and Jeremiah from Roto rooter came to replace and install a new toilet and a faucet. They were very professional, and left the work area very clean. Truly they demonstrated an outstanding job. I strongly recommend this company to anyone. Their job was guaranteed for a year for any water leakage. Thank you for a job well done:
The repairs were top-notch. I would like to stress how completely satisfied I am with this company. That person that came out was amazing. He was kind, he was considerate.
