On top of that they come out and charge me $500 and leave me with a cut pipe under my sink and the same clogged drain I started with. I called several times times and talked with very polite receptionist but no signs of management. I was offered a $150 refund only if I would let them come in and finish the $875 repair the estimated. Which is literally nothing but cutting and replacing some pipe. I asked to talk to management but never received a call or a refund of any kind. The repairman, John Antipuna and Dean were professional, courteous, friendly, and got the job done in record time. There was a bit of a pipe problem before the job even started, but John didn’t even think twice, he knew exactly what to do and exactly how to fix the problem so that they could finish the job. We will definitely be keeping this business as our plumber for the future. A+ work guys
I would recommend Len the Plumber. We had our hot water heater replaced and waterlines in the basement. I am satisfied with the work that was completed in our house. The workers were polite and professional m. I gave 4 out of 5 only because there was a question after the initial installation was completed and we were not able to get a quick response and resolution. I have to say everyone I spoke to during this process was professional and when someone came out to address our question it was an easy fix and they were very professional. If I was able I would give 4.5 out of 5

My plumber showed up on time. Very courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me step by step. I felt very comfortable leaving him to complete his job and clean up afterwards. I would recommend this service to anyone.
We had a hot water heater that started to leak on Saturday. We called the plumber we had used previously and he told us to call him on Monday. Sunday morning we called Len the plumber. Within two hours they had a plumber at our door. Foster was very professional and very skilled. He did everything as we requested. He quoted a price before the work started and that’s exactly what we paid. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
