The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. And there were a few. I wish all my jobs could be handled this way. Thank you rotor Rooter keep up the excellent work.
I had contacted another plumber that stated the day before that he would be out in the morning. I should have known something was up because he didn’t provide a time frame. I waited all morning and the guy calls me at 12:45pm and stated he would be out in an hour. Hour came and gone and it was two hours later and still didn’t show up . I called the guy for which he said he was in a meeting and told him that he was to be at my home two hours ago. I informed him to not bother to come out and l stated that it was very unprofessional to keep a customer waiting all day and not contact them. I decided to call Roto Rooter for which the customer service was very professional and they provided me a time frame when the plumber would come out. The plumber was on time and professional. Greatly appreciate the professional service from you guys. Thank you!!!
My first day at my new place, and sewage backed up. Your team came and replaced the old drainage pipe in under 6 hours! I expected a couple of days at least. Nice work fellas, appreciate professionals who know what they’re doing.
Excellent customer service before and after. James was very knowledgeable, efficient and informative! I would definitely recommend. My only issue was the cost, my friend had to pay for it. I thought it would have been a lot cheaper but like I said “my issue”. Everything else amazing & highly recommend!!!
Plumber and clean up people are nice.But their phone contacter is deceptive. I think his name is Danial. I can’t remember clearly, because it was my husband who contacted him at first. We agreed that they would give us an offer. At last, after several times of communication, they defaulted on their payment. I lost a thousand. It’s a lot of money for me and the kids. I’ve always trusted people. Not after this
