Brandon responded promptly to our call for help. He was so professional and neat and clean looking, as well as wore a mask and covered his shoes. He was very thorough in checking all of the possibilities that could be causing our slab leak. Once we had a plan, he discussed all the options with us, and even spoke to our insurance company on our behalf. Since we have a shared wall with a neighbor, that they had to cut into, he also was very polite with our older, concerned neighbor to explain why and how the hole would be opened. He moved the work schedule to accommodate us quickly. He arranged for Drystar to bring in equipment to start the drying process as well as a leak detector to determine the actual area of the leak. The two plumbers were here first thing on Monday morning, and they call ahead to let you know their actual time of arrival. Javier and Anthony were two of the nicest guys we could ask for to be in our home all day long. They painstakingly covered everything in plastic, we very careful to remove anything that was breakable. While they worked they were cheerful and seemed happy to be doing the job for us. At the end of the day, they cleaned and vacuumed up all of the areas and made sure it was all cleaned up to our satisfaction. If you need a plumber for any reason, I would recommend this company to you, and you won’t be disappointed.By Marilyn Martin (2 years ago)One of the worst companies to call if you have any plumbing issues. They will bring a tech out and will not put a cutter or any kind of tip on the snake. And will say you need to run a camera and a jetter, and will charge you $400 each. They will have you pay up front and it will not be refundable. They charged me $400 something dollars to run a camera in the sewer clean out. Knowing it was filled with water and couldn’t see anything anyways, still will charge you for it. Then they will run the jetter which was closer to $500. The owner is a complete scammer as well as the techs. Don’t trust this company if you value your money! You are better off getting a real professional off OfferUp or Craigslist that will be honest and complete the job right. Not only did he give me the best options for a replacement, he was able to install a new unit after one business day. He also referred me to a restoration company to address the water damage and they were very quick to get a quote for repairs. Overall, I give my experience a 10/10 and highly recommend using this company. After calling poison control, they figured out it was the water system (we had black stains in our toilets). My dog, children and myself had to get blood work done to prove this was in our system. It was terrifying. The company response? They bought a refrigerator filter for our 3 month old brand new fridge, and flushed the system that should have been done in the first place. We hired this company after their water heater broke after just one year. The did not back up the warranty claiming our pipes were old, and instead sold us a $7000 water heater and new water system they had to install. We were without water for 9 full days while they did this install, we were told it would take 2 days max. During the install, they knocked one of my garage storage nearly trapping my husband, and breaking our entire commercial snack bar equipment, as well as smashing an antique doll house passed down from my family. Taking zero accountability. My kids had to live at my parents while this work was being done, we had no compensation for the hotels we had to stay in for showers, restrooms and cooking. We received NO money off of the $7000 purchase price, and the horror continued for weeks after we were diagnosed with this poisoning. It gets worse…..3 months after this installation, the shotty work caused a leak in our garage. the company sent a restoration company to cut out our drywall, and it has now been 3 weeks an our water is disconnected, no dry wall replaced, and no communication in when this will be repaired. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment scheduled super quickly for someone to come take a look at a time when I’d be home. Miguel and Remington were total class acts that clearly explained what was going on and how they went about fixing it, they were finished in half the time I expected, and were both very respectful of our home. It was an absolute pleasure having them do work for us! Communication was top notch! Christina went above and beyond with scheduling me quickly and with calling me before and after the appointment to make sure I was in the loop as I was out of town when our emergency happened— our college aged son was home etc. Christina had double duty of calling him to clarify his class schedule and keeping me up to date. She was gracious and kind.
The technician, Nate, was thorough and had the issue fixed promptly. He communicated with our son during the appointment and educated him as well (He had attempted to fix the issue on his own) Our son paid at the house with a cc and I was immediately sent a detailed invoice to my email. The entire process was one of the smoothest and most professional service experiences we’ve had in a very long time.
Keep up the good work Robbins Plumbing. We hope to not be in plumbing crisis again but if needed in the future I can’t imagine calling anyone else!
I called one day, they we’re here by the next day. My toilet was clogged because my son decided to flush his toys down. Nate came out. I believe that was his name. Very nice, answered any of my questions and told me up front about cost before doing it. I thought the prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend.
Damon was great! Kept me up to date with our parts ordered, gave excellent advice, and explained every step so that I knew what would happen and how it would work. I will definitely be recommending Robin’s Plumbing to anyone who needs work done. I will be recommending Damon specifically to anyone who has super difficult jobs too, because I feel he could not only handle it, but he enjoys his work. All around great job! New to the area with an emergency hot water heater leak and friends visiting from out of town, Robins was the only company we found to tackle an old solar water heater in our new house. Damon and Vincente gained our trust quickly with their professionalism, knowledge, prompt response, and patience with many questions. We trusted them to replace the old system with a new efficient water heater and a new water system, which was done efficiently and cleanly, letting me know each step in the process. Super friendly and personable, I will recommend this company and already have another plumbing project for them. Customer service is top notch, with calls to verify timing, thorough explanations on how to care for our new systems, and coordinating all pieces to the puzzle of repairs to the surrounding ceiling and roof. Could not have been a smoother process. Big shout out to Damon, I can tell he loves what he does.
After receiving a few dishonest quotes/very sketchy ones, I had contacted robins plumbing. Damon came out was fully honest about what to expect and made sure I will be taken care of with the service I will be having done. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Honest and loyal they take care of the people for sure.
