The group leaders were very caring and attended to all our needs. They even boosted our plane tickets to business class on the way back. Yes, there were some setbacks and inconveniences, but that is to be expected with any group you choose to go with. You cannot go to Hajj expecting it to be a walk in the park, after all. PLEASE DONT GO THEM WORST SERVICE EVER.!!!!!!!! they customer service is very disorganized he has his wife working there and they are very rude people they filed my taxes wrong I informed them that they were filed wrong and still they nothing to correct it I decided that I should just leave it alone. I know need my taxes from them and they are unable to provide it had me on hold for about 10 min when his wife was talking to someone I hear her whole entire conversation because she forget to mute me when she realized that she asked what I needed and continue to be on the line with me and have her conversation I told her I would appreciate it if she took the time to listen to what I was asking she then informed me that she would not be able to giver me my taxes because the office I went to was closed and only opens when its taxes season I was very upset and victor the tax rep told her to hang up and that she didn’t have to give me any explanation.
WORST SERVICE EVER! They have this man named Moises doing translations and he doesn’t even translate or certify documents correctly. Aside from that Victor Matamoros notarizes these incorrect translations which in itself should be if not is illegal. Victor is EXTREMELY rude himself and they only care about money.
