The nice thing about Walmart is you always know what you’re going to get. Of course there are some regional products but the layout and products as well as prices are usually the same. There are however some really bad Walmarts. I did travel nursing for over 10years so I can tell you some are places you don’t want to be. Nice surprise, this Walmart is great! Clean, well stocked and the employees are visible and polite and helpful. Good job!

Purchased a pit boss austin XL on 1/21/23, price where it was stocked was listed at $297, but rang up $447. The store manager refused to honor their own pricing. She said take it or leave it. Terrible customer service

So where do I begin ? From going to a lot of places and traveling and shopping at many Walmarts. This by far has to be the best I’ve even been to. The faculty are just so nice and attentive I believe the manager Jeffery is excellent and on point. I’ve seen him work with other employees and watched the leadership as a manager he’s carried to reflect on the entire store and I like that in a day of corporate American shopping everyone in this Walmart was on the same agenda. Shelf’s we’re stocked information was given quickly and questions were answered. I really look forwarded to shopping here I strongly think me being a customer that Jeffrey and the entire staff at this Walmart are hard working people and deserve a-lot of recognition by corporate or regional directors of Walmart

Great prices on what we need, some things that the app said were in the store, were not, but overall a good experience. The worst part was checkout, because there was only one register open and self checkout was very busy.

This store is notoriously rude, dirty and often times isle go fully neglected for months ar a time. These pictures where taken over four different months, and to this day the nail aisle stays this way.

The meat department is ALARMING! It was beyond gross. Old chicken sitting on disgusting shelves collecting in its own pink fluids. the beef was different colors. nothing was clean or taken care of. Very VERY neglected. Please beware, they are a significant threat to the local community as far as food safety. I have reported them to the Norfolk Health Department in hopes this is forced to be fixed. Obviously, management is not capable of managing their own.

This is my least favorite Walmart. The only one I’ve been to that limits self check out to 20 items or less, then only opens one checkout for anything more than 20 items and that one line can take years to get through. I hate it there.

It was a nice experience. Going to a neighborhood Walmart is different because I don’t have one of those in the Davenport/Kissimmee area that I live in. It is nice to see one like this in the neighborhood of Norfolk Virginia

This store needs to be shut down, they’re ALWAYS under staffed.. The Customer Service Center is rarely ever open.. Whoever runs this store needs to be demoted to a cashier or something. Oh and online shopping for pick up S*cks… I waited 45 for my groceries to come out and they never came out. Had to leave because I was on my lunch break. I do feel bad I only seen one young lady working. I called whoever picked up talked to me like we were friends NOTHING was professional about the experience. I ended up leaving my groceries because I was on my lunch break and had already went over on my break waiting.. Hopefully when I go back they didn’t put my grocery back… But this is one of THE WORST GHETTO RAN WALMART EVER. They don’t even deserve a star!

This was like going to your neighborhood grocery store when you were a kid except with a larger selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  1. Average Walmart, witch is not really saying much. Some of the employees are nice but most don’t really try to help you at all. The lines get VERY long even when their is no holiday close by an they don’t even have any cashier lines open except for maybe two.

  2. They got no customer service that we customer service in the front of the building really close to the exit so I could run out of the door in case it actually had to do something for you. They spend more money on somebody who wants to rifle through what you’re buying had make sure you’re not stealing! In the country where we are innocent until proven guilty we have stores that consider you guilty until proven innocent.

  3. I’d rather shop ANYWHERE ELSE. Walmart parking lots are dangerously crowded, customers (in the lot and the store) are witlessly careless and obnoxious, the website states the store has items in stock which cannot be found by management anywhere in the store despite wandering around searching and speaking to each other after checking the website themselves. The entire store is an enraging exercise in chaos and total waste of time. This hasn’t been my only attempt or only store, and I consider ALL Walmarts to be the same.

  4. Horrible customer service, lanes are never open, prices are routinely, suspiciously, “mistakenly” priced higher than advertised and the workers attempt to defend their over price unless provided proof from the customer that their register is over the advertising price.
I have abandoned several full carts of supplies rather than waiting due to no open lanes other than self checkout. My family now avoids this location at all costs.

  5. Most of the employees here might as well not even do anything but throw on a vest and sit, because nothings ever taken care of here. There’s messes throughout the store, unorganized aisles, the lanes are NEVER open and the lines reach the back of the store and if you have a question, forget it, nobody can help you find anything. Corporate needs to take charge and fire these slack offs and get someone in here who wants to work. The state of this store is DISGUSTING.
