I don’t recommend their grocery pick up option. It can’t be trusted. I was almost taken for 30$ worth of groceries. Not only did they not offer replacements; the groceries were missing BUT I was CHARGED for them and for the items they did offer replacements the replacements weren’t there and I was CHARGED for those too!!! My kids unpacked the groceries…if I wasn’t using the groceries to make dinner tonight I might not have noticed at all! Now I have to go back out after already having made a trip. So much for my easy Friday. :/
Edit: Day after go to make breakfast and find the breakfast sausage I ordered was slimy and rotten smelling. Wth with this order! 😐
Customer Service team members were all (3) helpful, including Tim (Team Lead). After the long wait outside to pickup my online order for crutches, I hobbled inside to
Customer Service. Tim was understanding and he walked to the Pickup area, across the store, and brought my order to me while I sat. I was surprised how pleasant they all were, despite not always having the most happy customers. Thanks you, Tim!
Good store, But unfortunately, I did not find here a formula for children after 1 year, all infant formula for ages from 0 to 12 months. If this review is read by the administration, I ask you to expand the range of milk formulas for children after a year. Thanks!
I ordered groceries on the app yesterday. They said it would be a 2 hour delay so I rescheduled for between noon and 1pm. Now they say it will be another 2 hour delay. Every time I call the store, they hang up. What a horrible experience! They don’t deserve 1 star but it was the only way to post a review.
They had my order and many others ready since the day before. The meat was spoiled but wanted us to take it. We refused. Many other customers were there complaining about their orders. They have no drivers so don’t order.
I have never seen a parking lot with so many misplaced carts. The inside of the store was fine.
