This store needs a lot of attention and retraining of staff members for sure. While I did not talk to every staff member, I did speak to 2 different associates for 2 different things, and they both were at a total loss. But it wasn’t about the knowledge as much as it was the attitude they gave. Like, “why do I need to look up anything! Go to another store” type of vibe. The grounds are dirty as well. That’s about all I’d like to say.

Worst experience in Walmart today. None of the employee knew how to scan my gift card and wasted around 30 minutes me waiting. And one person was being so rude. Ultimately I searched online and figured how. Is Walmart cost cutting on employee training?

The inside of the store looks kinda sad and empty. The isle layout just isn’t that great other than where the fresh veggies/fruit area. I couldn’t find things easily and it was like running a marathon trying to find what I needed in the very little time I had. The people that handle my curbside pick ups are nice. I usually do curbside because of how dreary the store feels and how the isle layout is.

Been here many times before. Just never dropped a review till now. Not sure when Walmart returned to 6am openings. But they’re back to at it including this spot. When the Walmart on Euclid doesn’t have something I was looking for. I always swing by this location. Because they always seem to have it. Parking is somewhat hectic when it’s busy. Shopping is easy. All shopping carts are outside. So grab one on your way in. Avoid the walk back to grab one when you realize there is none inside. Can’t speak on the staff. I don’t interact with any since I’m never in need of one.

Awful, I turned around and left. No carts near the door or inside the store. I walk over to the end of the building where I see a cart to grab. The wheels are locked. You see I require a handicapped parking spot and a cart makes me steady. I didn’t have patience for this struggle, and headed to my neighborhood Stater Bros

I’ve shopped in store, done grocery pick ups and also ordered delivery from this store. The taco meat that they call carne picada always comes in big chunks from this store if I get it from another Walmart location it’s good but not this one. If you go inside and have to get something that is locked don’t even bother pressing the button because no one comes just go get someone yourself if you really need something. If you do grocery pick up and you notice that they aren’t busy and you already checked in through the app call the store because I literally waited 45 min for a grocery pick up just for them to tell me that they thought I was 10min away like that doesn’t make sense at all since I checked in through the app and you put the color of vehicle and parking spot number which I wouldn’t be able to do unless I was there. Not to mention that they only have 4 pick up spots and employees dropping off groceries saw me there so just beware.

It’s not the first I’ve gone to this Walmart and one of the staff members have gave me a hard time here. I believe it’s because of the way that I look with tattoos on my face and body and my style . But They’re incredibly rude. Today we came into buy groceries me and my sister. There was a lot of people . Everything was so unorganized. We went into self check out. I made my purchase and paid . My sister was scanning her groceries, there were no bags so I went to go ask for bags . When we got the bags , we started bagging groceries we had scanned. The computer stopped and said it needed assistance. A fat curly hair dude I believed it’s lost prevention or security comes over rudely, and tells us we need to move to a cashier because we’re stealing. And continues to say things under his breath while walking away . He also asks me about my purchase and if I had a receipt which I did , he says to have the cashier check it. I’m making this complaint because I highly believe he was discriminating. They didn’t come to check the computer or our purchase they just assumed we where stealing and told us to move to a cashier rudely .

  1. The service is getting worse. Seems like the employees concentrate on the online/pickup customers more than the in-store shoppers. The staff are always blocking the aisles with those huge carts shopping for others. I do enjoy the self checkout because it’s faster. They staff the slowest cashier’s at the traditional registers.

  2. It’s a Walmart. Many more self-serve lanes, which I highly approve staff was odd they did have many summer finds as well as unique items it’s always busy cheap prices

  3. What I loved and was amazed by was all the Disney merchandise this store offered. Prices were excellent and sooooo much cheaper than at Disneyland. Save more money for youe vacation and get your shirts and other things here…I will be back in October to see what new things they have when I come back to town. So close go Disneyland

  4. Great location and very clean. Management at this location is the best and always striving to give customers the fast and friendly shopping experience. I’ve been using Walmart+ from this location and In just 3 months I’ve saved more with free shipping on time and fuel than the cost of annual membership…
Very satisfied and recommend this location. This is my second post and have nothing but positive things to say from my personal experience…

  5. The oil service center at this Walmart is the worst. Nobody is there to help you as you arrive. You have to wait for like 15 mins or more for someone to even approach you, even after that they say they are understaffed. Bad customer service!
