it’s a walmart store don’t expect much from it, we did earn 75 dollars for a five dollar scratcher so take that as you will it looks fine inside everything seem organized the prices are relatively cheap compared to some stores and checkout was fine, only downside was when redeeming the money the guy was confused and didn’t know how to hit we fixed that too

Continue to push employees more than what their ability is and then gets mad when they aren’t meeting the expectations. Nobody finishes a FULL pallet of juice in an hour. I’ve heard the store manager refer to black associates as lazy and incompetent. I’ve also seen terrible mold that they’ve done nothing about. Picture 2 is a tray of milk. It hasn’t been cleaned since I started and left which was over a year and 4 months

Hey it’s Walmart can’t expect too much short staff, half-stocked shelves, no one around to help if you need anything

Location uses lock boxes to secure certain products. You have to press a button and wait. No one comes. There are employees everywhere. None are able to or willing to respond. This is an ongoing issue with this location.

Produce section is wiped out. Frozen foods not much better. The scanners at checkout are so dirty they won’t read barcodes. Store is dirty in general.

Waited 15 minutes for some one to come and unlock liquor cabinet and no ONE showed up . THE WORST WALMART IN SAINT LOUIS . Rude and unpleasant employees so RUDE ….Little update on visit to the store on April 16 2023 I was looking for bread to buy and this is what they offer on their shelves. I know it expired but at least move it if the shelves.

Absolutely disgusting store despite being brand new. You know I’m not from St. Louis I recently moved here from out of state but I have discovered quickly the closer you go to the city you find chaos destruction and absolutely zero accountability. Once you go out to the county and away from the city in the predominantly white conservative area everything is much nicer and taken care of. By all means keep hiring the animals at this location and soon enough you’re store will close just like the Portland and Chicago stores. Everything at this location is locked up behind glass but not in the predominantly white conservative county stores like Arnold or Fenton . People that look like ME are the problem tho right? 🤡

  1. I mean… what can you expect from a busy Walmart location?! Snappy attitude from most of the female associates, the most used line here is: “if you don’t see it, it’s out of stock or it’s probably being unloaded from the truck”, or “that’s the new policy” from the Walmart Customer Service Department. Yet still… it’s one of my fav’s in the STL area lol. #5150!!!

  2. Restroom not clean. Some produce was both spoiled and overpriced. I did receive good service locating capers, which were available and reasonably priced. Also, it seems safe enough. So D+ instead of F. With some attention they could move up to a C or better. Let’s hope so. It’s conveniently located.

  3. It’s management and it is also the atmosphere. Your employees just treat this like another day in the life. I’m not saying they should feel ecstatic to work here but I should not be able to tell that they hate it here. Get managers that actually care. When the workers see and know someone they can respect, I promise you that this particular WalMart will flourish again. Unfortunately corporate does not care enough to implement anything drastic needed for things to improve. Asset Protection(the ones that come to visit the store) should not be telling people how to do their jobs. They are out of touch about everything. Get better managers and be more selective when it comes to the hires. This WalMart has one of the highest, if not the highest, turnover rate in the area. Possibly Missouri.

  4. i have mixed feelings about this walmart. it’s the only walmart that i have EVER been to that the workers were at all times friendlier than the customers. i’m from out of state and i try to be kind to everyone i meet, but at this walmart store, everyone was especially upset and impatient. i got no smiles back, no i’m sorry or excuse me. this is not walmarts fault, but this is the only location in town i’ve noticed this happening.

  5. Ordering online to pick up requires curbside, which means sitting in a parking lot for 45 minutes. Not exactly a convenient option.
