The lines were nuts. There’s nothing in Walmart I’m waiting 30+ minutes for. During this time, the customer service area was also closed. Customer service should be placed above shareholders.

Terrible employees. Felt like I was unwelcomed and by their attitude toward my self (African American) and my wife (Caucasian). I have no qualms with race, but it seems that their employees do. All the employees are constantly talking to one another and not doing anything. Go to the other walmart, this one’s just disappointing

Yesterday I had money sent to me, Walmart to Walmart. The cashier Dona (Mexican Girl) tried three times to incorrectly count my money back. I have $275 owed to me. DONA tried to pass $175 for $275. She gave me a $100 bill then three $20 bills and three $5 bills. When she counted the money it went EXACTLY like this One hundred (When she put the $100 down. Then on the first twenty she says “Two Hundred, Two Twenty Two Forty, Two Sixty, Two Sixty Five, Two Seventy, Two Seventy Five. Have a nice day” Ok…….. She skips the entire $101-$199 dollars. When I bring this to her attention, she looks at me like I’m crazy. She recounts it in the same fashion. I Ask DONA where’s the $100 at. She tries to con me in saying it’s “Right Here” and does her bougas counting again. I had to get a manager. Believe it or not. The manager started to take DONAS side on this, until I suggested reviewing the video tape. Apparently this Walmart employs thieves……. ⚠️☢️⚠️⚠️ Consumer Beware

This place is ok. I mainly self-check out, so I don’t care much about customer service. I only really care about store organization and stock. This Walmart is generally well organized.

ZERO STARS-I ordered pick up to save time. The Walmart order was ready in the time frame. When I went to pick it up I waited well past the time slot I had reserved to pick up my order. I pulled up in the spot. there was only one other car there waiting for their order. I called the store when I got there because I was having issues with the app. I called 5 different times and got no answer. I finally had a worker call me back after another 20 minutes and he said he would bring it out. I watched another 9 customers who had come after me get their order. I kept waiting. there appeared to be no issues with my order and my email order stated it was ready. I had my drivers license ready. After nearly an hour I gave up waiting and left. I will never ever use this store for pickup. The staff were unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. after I left I called to let them know I wasn’t going to be getting my order and needed to cancel. The woman on the phone said I would have to call 1-800 Walmart. I was very upset and did not want to say anything rude so I hung up. I found the number, called the customer service line and was told that I would not be charged for my pick up order since I did not pick it up. Low and behold this evening I looked at my email and I had a notification that my order was picked up and I was charged for it. I am livid! You are supposed to have an ID to pick up an order so that someone does not steal it. I was stolen from! I immediately called customer service again (1-800-walmart) and asked for a refund back. I was told my order was picked up by someone. I told her it wasn’t me or my spouse. I was issued a refund from Walmart customer service. I can’t believe the behavior of some of the people that worked the pick up this afternoon. I feel disrespected. I hope the person who got my order enjoyed hauling 96 cans of doctor pepper, 4 lbs of sugar, 5 lbs flour and melted ice cream into their home. I will never ever use this store for pick up again.

First let me say that for the most part I like shopping at Walmart, now comes the BUT, what I really dislike is being forced to use self checkouts because of the lack of live checkers. The stores have lots of checkout lanes with only one or two open. Sorry I shop for items, load basket, unload basket at checkout and now I am forced to work to scan and bag my groceries, and do not get a discount for doing so. I am elderly and like to select my own groceries but I think doing the whole process on a regular basis is a little much…….Walmart open your eyes to this problem, hire more checkers, do more to get more people to apply and then work to keep these employees. If I happen to occasionally get a good checker, they are very rarely there when I make a return visit.

They’re so ridiculously overkill about loss prevention here that it affects people who aren’t even doing anything wrong. I don’t need to be barked at “ma’am please don’t forget the stuff on the bottom of your cart” when it was literally the first thing I scanned SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I know how ridiculous they are here. Someone needs to tell them to chill out or at least be more polite about it because it’s making me not even want to shop here anymore.

As a Nashville native l can honestly say this is the best Walmart in the city. I stopped by the automotive center everyone was kind. I decided to shop while getting my car worked but didn’t have a cart. Out of no where a worker named Rico asked if l needed help (which NEVER happens at any other location). I needed a cart and he went to get it for me even though we were in the back of Walmart. The restrooms are always clean, automotive is always available, and they always answer the phone. Whoever management are they’re doing a great job. Y’all have a good team!!! I’ve been shopping here since l was a kid and I’ve never had a bad experience, thank y’all.

  1. Yikes. The customers are mean and straight up rude – for no good reason. They drive through the parking lot like bats out of hades and there’s nothing in the way to prevent them from doing so… no speed bumps, nothing. There’s an armed security guard at the entrance – which tells you a lot about the area and the clientele as well… There’s also police scanners and cameras through the area – which tells you there’s a lot of crime. DO NOT stop here if you don’t have to. It’s not worth your life. Hopefully, the surrounding companies will get on top of some legislation and start demanding their politicians and community servants (police department, sheriffs department, etc) start taking crime more seriously. Nobody wants a copycat of Memphis here. Memphis is enough all by itself. So dad too – such a pretty area but the people will drag it down quickly. For sure.

  2. Extremely bad and borderline dangerous. Stuff left in the isles, spills, employees leaving pallets and pallet jacks everywhere I mean raised up and left in the middle of the isles. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. There were absolutely no carts in the front they were all out in the parking lot.

  3. This I believe is the Nashville flagship store. Thus comes with some positive qualities and some negative. For example, better selection a little more inventory. Better closeout sales, more staff to assist. Bur the downside is pretty fierce..Like, lots more people. Less parking, higher crime in.the store and out. Overall it’s just another walmart with more square ft

  4. 1. I feel like for a Walmart Supercenter, they were out of a lot. I felt like I was walking into a clearance store in some areas of the store. I went to the deli section for pre-made sandwiches, barely anything there. It would make sense if they were in an area of town where people would naturally go there for lunch, but this is a newer area of town.

    2. We actually went there for an oil change. It was 2pm. There were two cars in the bay. They said they would not be able to get me in before they had to leave at 4pm. First of all, it was a twenty minute conventional oil change. Secondly, why is the auto shop closing at 4pm? We were out of town, and they couldn’t help us.

So, we went to Jiffy Lube. Done in under 20 minutes with four people working and cars lined up for service. Hmm….
