I had to spend a night in the airport and spend a lot to book another emergency trip on my own. I did some research and saw my ticket wasn’t even a valid ticket for the day of my travel. After months of going back and forth with Nondia, they refuse to compensate me with anything and insists it’s the airlines fault. It’s her job to book my ticket and she didn’t want to take blame for her mistake. This company is very sketchy, avoid at all costs EDIT: All you need to see is her response. My expectations are simply to have a valid ticket on the trip I payed for. Kevin the owner is such a nice guy and really goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy. They offer weekly ski trips that I recently discovered that are such an amazing deal! The bus is filled with a great group of people that have become almost a big happy family. Some of the people on the bus have been going on this trip for 20 years. Kevin takes the time to meet and know everyone. I would highly recommend this company and if you ski, you have to try the ski bus!
