A very clean place to stay. The rooms are modern and spacious and the air conditioning system worked terrific. Bedding was comfortable. The kitchen is a bonus. Outdoor grills are very nice. The jacuzzi unfortunately wasn’t hot.

My first time there. Didn’t know it was a time share. The place was pretty secure. Had to enter through a locked gate. The guy driving around in a golf cart was very friendly. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. My friend is there and she likes it too. I would recommend this place to anyone who does time share. Very nice and accommodating..

My uncle was able to use this place as his timeshare, and it was nice. We had a family event and some family stayed here. The hotel is beautiful and such a nice environment. They had a one bedroom with a sofa bed. The bathroom had 2 sinks which was nice. It was like a mini apartment. There was a small kitchen and there were snacks left for the guest. There was also a garage that they were able to use. When we drove up it looked like a bunch of condos. There is also a golf course there too.

Easy check-in process. Quiet area to enjoy some quality time. Near many great bars and restaurants ?

Had a last minute change of plans for our anniversary and booked here on a whim. The staff was absolutely awesome and very accommodating. They even decorated our room to help celebrate our anniversary, which was too cool!! My only heartache with the room is the fact that the walls are thin and you can hear every neighbor even at normal conversation volume. Other than that I would definitely recommend. 4 stars only because it’s hard to sleep when your neighbors are having casual conversation.

Most of their day trips are canceled. It might be better if customers paid in advance like most other tour operators. I would not count on a lot of their day trips operating.

Attended July 4 festivities. It was awesome. Great motor coach ride up the Valley, drinks, tons of food, music all night, dancing, fireworks. Highly recommend!

Our tour Guide made uncalled for racial comments that were offensive and unnecessary.

I do senior rides and work as a caregiver in Palm Springs. I work with a lot of seniors in Palm Springs and surrounding areas. Some are wealthy people and others are on a fixed retirement income. I liked to hear that all of them had had a positive experience and the prices sounded really affordable. It also sounded like they made it easy for people by planning really interesting trips for people. I would recommend ACT to anyone young or old.

  1. My family had a fantastic time at this resort. We went in February to escape the Canadian cold weather. The staff at the resort were very friendly and accommodating. The other guests were mostly snowbirds. My children had a great time at the pool everyday. The pool is heated. The room was perfect for our needs, the fully equipped kitchen made it very easy to cook my children’s favorite foods. Our room also had a washer and dryer which is fantastic with children. We will return

  2. My family and I stayed at this resort last week, the pool was under renovation process, what kind of resort do this in the middle of spring when the pool is so important in that kind of desert weather, also the front desk told us on our arrival that we can have daily passes in a nearby resort, we were put in a waiting list for more than 5 days and at the end of our stay they gave us one day pass during a 7 day stay! we had to pay for daily passes every single day in nearby hotels. Service was terrible! the rooms as ok, but if you have kids the resort doesn’t have a park area or play area for toddlers.

  3. It was very hot, and we were there from 5/14 thru 5/20, so do everything before 11 am and don’t come after this month unless you like hot weather. It was our first time, and it was okay. The best part was that it was a dry heat, not humid at all. Rooms were like all the rest except the air filter needed to be replaced because it was making a lot of noise and getting sucked up, so when the air turned off, it clanged back down and the elevator was not working ever. Did not see one technician working on that elevator, so I decided to go from 4 stars to 3. Looks like our building was considered less than.

  4. Extremely Bad Management:

Hotel (DESERT OASIS, PALM SPRINGS) Failed to Inform About Closed Facilities

When we made our reservation and received multiple “welcome” letters, the hotel (DESERT OASIS, PALM SPRINGS) conveniently neglected to inform us that all facilities were closed. Not a single mention was made about it.

Upon our arrival, we were shocked to discover this fact. The reception reluctantly admitted that we would need to find another place for the weekend. However, despite their admission, the hotel still charged us the full price for three nights. Furthermore, they have completely ignored all our attempts to contact them through letters and phone calls. There has been no apology, no refund, and no attempt to address our ruined weekend.

It is evident that this hotel lacks any semblance of customer orientation. We are still patiently waiting for our money to be refunded.

  5. The rooms are huge with a full kitchen, pots, and cutlery. The room also came with a full size refrigerator and washer and dryer in the room!
It was a bit on the warm side with AC on full blast (but it’s the desert) but the room had these huge sliding window/doors with screens to let the air in.
The hotel staff were very courteous.
Didn’t get to use the pool but it closes late, it’s located right on a golf course, and there are many stores/restaurants nearby to grab supplies or food.
