a month agoHad a lovely experience in here today. There was a lady called Theresa working on checkout today at lunch time . What an asset to the company. She interacted in such a lovely day with the family in front of me with their small child. Letting the child come round and watch her scan the items . Theresa then had a chat with me . Such lovely warm hearted woman. Wee interactions like this are such a lovely personnal touch . Overall shop is clean and well stocked .4 months agoGreat variety. Went into b&m connswater with my wife tonight 16 /5 /23. Went in for 2 items & came out with 10 as usual. We got the Mayflower curry. Best curry available for home cooking & only £1.19 a box.(does 3 meals). Store was packed to capacity & staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully back soon. Stephen
I was in store today and just want to say how helpful Neil was. He went out of his way to get me an item from upstairs. I wasn’t able to get the item myself but Neil got it for me made sure it was the right product and he was just lovely. He is an asset to the store.
me and my mate where in b&m and then manager i think it was(he was wearing all black) came up to us the first time he ask us if we needed help bc her cousin wanted something that she wasn’t aloud and then he walked away and came back and said if ur not buying anything get out the other time he just told us to get out if we weren’t buying anything yet there were little kids with their dad running about the shop but he only came up to me and my mate then he continued to watch us while we were shopping and still while we were standing outside me and my mate are only 12 and he purposely targeted us we were not there to just annoy anyone never mind STEAL anything it happens every time we go into b&m
Mid afternoon shops are not a bad time to go. Don’t expect many tills to be open.
The store was well organised and the shelves were stocked. Prices are fair and seasonal aisle had some good sales for garden goods
Love this store. Fantastic selection of goods at great prices. Very friendly and helpful staff
