Our company came out to this Walmart to accommodate a client who was shopping. This elderly woman requested our services and to not inconvenience her due to her age and her physical situation, We accommodated her by coming to this Walmart. She left her basket inside and came out doors to meet me. We were immediately greeted by security the one in the green outfit, and the greeting was not pleasant. He was very rude. He was very abrupt. This treatment was very startling for my client. We were kicked off the property. He called a manager from inside which we placed a photo of and there was no valid reason for the treatment. We have contacted Zach at the store and filed a complaint as well as corporate, and we are awaiting a response. The manager that we placed a photo of she immediately told us we were not allowed to sign any papers. Without asking what it is we were Doing she immediately jumped to a conclusion and kicked us off the property. The elderly woman told her she was shopping and left her basket inside, and nobody seemed to care. The treatment from these people that are managing our community stores needs to be examined. This is very traumatizing to my client, and can definitely create future damage to her because of the treatment she received. it was clearly evident that we were not causing any problems and I even informed security and the manager that people walk out with merchandise and they don’t even approach them and here we are being harassed and targeted for offering a good service. And not doing anything wrong. I have filed a complaint with Zach from the store who said he’s a coach and I have filed a corporate complaint, and I have informed them that we will not file harassment charges until we hear back from them. This was a very traumatizing experience, and a very unnecessary experience , I personally feel the man in green and the lady in her Mickey Mouse gray shirt should be fired for treating the community in such an improper manner. They should be there to protect and to be good servants but unfortunately they are part of this world and very ugly ugly to our elderly. I will not lay up until this matter is addressed appropriately, and we will take this to every level we need to, to make certain it is addressed the way it should be. I personally will never visit this Walmart again, and I will make certain that none of my elderly clients get treated this way again!!!!

Auto service department damaged my rv by not having the exit door opened high enough. Manager verified the incident from the surveillance video but declined to climb to the roof to take pictures herself. She told me to get a repair estimate which I did from Rocky Mountain RV. I returned today to give the estimate. The process of making a claim is not good for a customer. I filled my information on managers tablet and then she disappeared. I waited for half an hour before I had to leave to meet my own customers. I asked the lady behind the desk to tell the manager to call if she needs something from me. I’m happy to change the review and Star rating based on how this evolves.

I had to stop for an oil change while we were on vacation. My truck said I needed the engine oil changed now, even though I wasn’t at the miles indicated on my window reminder? We were 500 miles away from home & I didn’t have any idea where to go, so I saw Wal-Mart & gave them a try. They did a great job

I’m going to start this off by saying everyone has a right to have an opinion doesn’t make it right or wrong. But I will speak truth. Overall great place. Wait about 15 20 minutes just to get help if you trying to purchase laundry soap or certain other merchandise. (CALL STORE FOR DETAILS). Since Walmart closed down on San meteo and Central this particular location gets so slammed that you have to lark all the way in the back unless you don’t mind driving around parking lot for 5 to 15 minutes. Morning time between 6 am to 830 am is the best time to go as wait times are cut in half to about 10 minutes. They have self checkouts so you don’t have to wait for cashier. At least for this location they don’t check your receipts based off of how you look walk or talk but just so that way it looks like they working which I found out per anonymous chat with worker. So it’s ●Chill in morning 6 am – 8:30 am ●Hectic from 8:30 am – 10:00 pm ●People leave you alone mind there own business ●Workers are respectful ●wheel chair accessible ●tends to have few parking spots during evening

Very clean, well-organized, and lots of friendly associates. The bar isn’t set real high with Walmarts in general, but I felt like the people working here were doing a great job by any measure. The number of security personnel in full gear was a little disturbing, but maybe that’s what it takes to keep your business safe in Albuquerque.

I got great customer service in the electronics department! I did not get a name but the gentleman with glasses and black hair with tattoos on his arms made sure my son and I got help. He recommend different products and I believe he is a true asset to this Walmart. If all the employees were more like this gentleman all Walmarts would be a better place to shop 🙂

The sales associate in cosmetics was great. She took our items up to the front. But when we got there, we encountered a young lady who seemed to take her job just a bit too seriously. She wouldn’t let go of our items. We couldn’t scan them ourselves. “It’s my job. I have to do it.” What it was?? Is it because we looked “different”. Or, that were we dressed differently. Then – she waited until we paid. OMG. No one treats my daughter in that matter. Nor should anyone else be treated in that manner. Her skills in dealing with the human race need to be reevaluated.

I’ve never been to the store but the reason for the five stars is valid. My wallet was stolen this morning. It ended up in the Walmart parking lot there at menaul and Wyoming. The way I know this is because you’re overnight staff supervisor had just gotten off shift and found my wallet. He came all the way across town to return my wallet to me. Everything was there. I had no money so whoever stole it got nothing. But everything was there! Kudos to this young man! He really made my whole bloody day and renewed my faith in humankind a little bit more! Thank you young man! May you have blessings upon your head all the days of your life!

  1. Everything was organized but some of their employees needs better customers service. The only black employee was old and pushing carts. Act as if he didn’t hear me asking him a question about the carts. I ask the young greeter about the carts and they wasn’t trying to assist me with my concern. Long wait time in line until they open up more self check out.

  2. Super aggressive staff. I went to use the restroom while my fiancee checked out. I have a cane so I needed to use the handicap stall and after I sat down a worker named Felicia started banging on the door and yelled that i had to get out and I couldn’t smoke since its a family friendly establishment. I tried to explain that I wasn’t smoking and i was just trying to use the restroom. She thought i was lying and banged on the door again to wrap it up and get out. I hobble out and there’s a scary security guard right there. I wash my hands and she has him check the trash. He finds nothing cause i was literally just trying to use the restroom. There were 6 more guards and employees at the entrance/exit to the restroom. They all stare at me like im some sort of criminal. No one talk to me, no apologies or anything. They eventually disperse and I feel confused, humiliated, and just very upset by the whole experience.

  3. Clean, friendly checkout and great employees! Picking up groceries took awhile though on Saturday afternoon but I was parked in a shady spot. I do regret they took out the McDonald’s; greatly disappointed that corporations do not hold a survey among customers. That was a fine McDonald’s where my mom and I enjoyed the booths and a chat over a small snack. Shocking they left, right after an amazing renovation. It was such a nice place to sit down and catch your breath. Still, great Walmart and great prices.

  4. Hi, I like goin thur, but some items I need dat thy dnt hav. So it was beef chow main which my kids loves. Hoping I get sum soon. And baby corn.

  5. I was impressed with the employee who helped me pick out a ring. So much so that I came back the next day to buy another one. She really knows how to sell a product. She showed me two more that I ended up coming back three times to purchase the other two; three altogether. Kudos!
