Great selection of annuals, perennials, knockout roses etc… They look fantastic!!! Also check out the $1.97 tomato, jalapeños, red and yellow pepper plants (they won’t last long).

We bought a few items for pick up. After checking in and inputting the spot number and color of my car in the app I watched two other cars get loaded and leave. One of these cars did park about five minutes after I did. I waited 20 minutes to make sure that no one was coming back out and went in and had to buy the items I needed myself. While I don’t mind doing that, I don’t understand why anyone would want to pay extra for Walmart+ and use this particular store. Other stores in the area don’t typically make you wait at all, unless there is a lot of cars picking up at one time. I will not be using this store again for pick up.

I have come to love the new ways to avoid check out lines and dealing with people. I’m sorry for the jobs that are lost, but for me, this works. Walmart+ has scan and go, which is great if you want to shop yourself. Super easy to use! My preference is shop online and then pick up. That way, there are still PEOPLE involved just not close contact. My issue with this store is most of the time, there are empty shelves. There are many shelf tags that are incorrect. These are small things but very frustrating.

I definitely recommend getting your cakes at this Walmart especially if you want to order custom cakes! The person that took my custom cake order was also the person that decorated it, she was amazing and so was the cake! She even took a little extra time to provide wonderful customer service by working withe to make it exta special. My girls cheer for, and my son plays basketball for BCRL. She was able to take the birthday cake that was basketball themed and make it Batavia Basketball themed! She even talked me through how many people were going to be enjoying it and suggested I get something that was not available online. She even suggested putting the little rings on ALL the cupcakes so all the kids could have a basketball ring. It was absolutely beautiful! I will definitely continue to order my cakes from this Walmart. And definitely take a look online, then call to speak with a cake decorator. I wish I could remember her name, but she was the only cake decorator working on February 7th, the day I picked up my cake. Thank you, whoever you were! Also, I erased my name on it so I could post the pictures.

This store is pretty complex and serves a very diverse community. My main issue is the level of disrespect by fellow shoppers. They rip open packages and leave them open on the shelves. I’ve seen a customer knock over a display and leave it. The lines ridiculous, and some of the staff can be rude. I’ve had really great experiences with staff as well. They really appreciate your business and seem genuinely concerned. I go to this location for quick shopping, pick-up orders, and glasses. Larger shopping trips require a drive to a different Walmart.

I ordered online and used the pick-up service and it was good I just had a problem checking in on the app when we arrived so it took a minute to get my order out to the car. But, overall the employees were helpful and it was a nice experience.

I was extremely impressed that there were clerks at the check out and not having to do self check out was much appreciated. The employees were friendly and helpful. If I’m ever in this area again I’d definitely go back.

Typical Walmart, but the Restroom was clean. The store must still have a problem with shoplifting found packaging in the Restroom without the product. They didn’t have what I was looking for.

Walmart on Ferguson Rd. Is always nice and always has a lot of great sales and stocked well… I love this Walmart…the manager is doing a great job keeping this walmart going strong 💪 👏 . Plus, I always have a great time talking to the cashiers young and older staff. Even the greeters at the door.

  1. I had a decent experience at this Walmart. The parking lot was under construction when I went so that was a little challenging. But the layout of the store was easy to navigate. They have pretty much everything your average Walmart has. The bathrooms were closed when I went so I can’t really comment on those. But the staff was nice. Just make sure you keep you receipt, for every customer they check every receipt even if it is not large items.

  2. Drove out first thing in the morning for the Auto center. I arrived a little after 7am and of course they were not open. 10 minutes later, still the same thing. 20 mins in now I saw not parked not too far from me one of the auto workers. They were just sitting away in there car. Watching me walk up to this place to see if it had opened yet. Finally walked in all the way around because no one was still available at the auto dept. Of course I couldn’t get through the front door because that was a issue too. The greeter was struggling to get the doors opened and no one would answer her help call. Finally get to the auto center. A guy said asked how could he help me. He was just getting everything arranged. Said I was there for 2 tires to be mounted on my car. He stated sadly they won’t be able to do that right now. Said that requires 2 mechanics. He only had 1 on staff and for that service it requires 2. He said the other mechanic may not be in til 11am or so, wasn’t sure. So to save me from walking all the way around again and in terrible weather I tried to leave out the side door and of course same issue as before. He couldn’t get the door opened. He radioed for someone to open it for us and the woman who answered just said yes she has a key but did seem to care about getting the doors opened. I just said wow and again walked all around the massive store. This is so frustrating how you can’t get the simplest things done anymore. It wasn’t his fault, but my god. This store has become the worst.

  3. there is a greeter at this store named Wendell who literally harasses me every single time i try to enter or exit the store. he aggressively makes conversation when i show no interest in talking to him and has literally followed me INTO THE STORE on multiple occasions trying to walk and talk with me instead of doing his job. if he’s not harassing me he’s harassing some other poor woman who happened to be in his vicinity. i only ever see him do this with women and it’s gotten to the point where i don’t feel comfortable coming to this store anymore because of him.

  4. 3 strikes and you’re out. I suggest checking your electronic items before leaving Walmart. This is my 3rd “Brand New” item I bought at Walmart and it’s missing components or screws in the box. Likely someone stole them out of the box. Completely useless. $150 here, $85 there, and now $50. Of course when you try to call the store they are extremely under staffed, endless rings, nobody answers. If someone does answer, they are stressed out and sound irritated you’re calling. What a joke. Walmart = terrible customer service. Same item is available on Amazon for less than half the price. BUT for convenience and time I paid more at the Walmart store to have it tonight. So much for my plans. Ordering same item on Amazon for delivery tomorrow and returning this “junk” back to Walmart. Buying in the store is no longer reliable. Thieves ruining it for everyone. Eventually all sales will be online because staff is stressed and thieves can’t steal screws out of over priced tv mount boxes. Really sucks.

  5. The lady at the register was super nice and funny. Only thing keeping me from giving this place a one star rating. Store looked like a tornado went through it, total mess! Shelves empty but boxes of items on the floor open for people to get it out themselves. Line to check out took 45 minutes.
