Very popular & convenient location. The store at times is busy however, I always find what I need or want stocked on the shelves. Recommend that you pick & choose your shopping times so that you are capable of getting in & out without waiting very long. Self checkout lanes are cool.

I have done food pick up which was great. Sometimes there has been some concerns at night about safety in the parking lot but I believe they are working to resolve this. I also recently got new tires at the car center in the rear and they provided excellent service.

I like doing deliver orders from Walmart but every single time I do an order I always get items that are not available but literally I will go to the store and check myself and it’s there for example I ordered a laundry sorter today and it was marked unavailable but I just went into the store because I forgot to order an item and out of curiosity I went to look if they had it and they did… workers should actually look or attempt to look for items they clearly did not care to look for it.

Walmart is my best ? supermarket of all times.. It would be even better if they had more latine items, this way I don’t have to shop for Latin items at El Rey

There are employees At Walmart that are not professional at all. Talk to the costumer with attitude. Literally every time I need assistance at this Walmart the employee always said I don’t know. There are employees in that Walmart thinks that they are the boss there. The item are not organized by the shelf or by the number. It’s makes harder to shop around because employees don’t do their job right. Not all the employees are bad. Only few of them got high attitude, and they need to fix or fired those employees.

Always… ALWAYS out of items needed to purchase. And told we’re waiting on the delivery trucks to arrive. Can understand this can happen every now & then. Got DAMN!¡!

My husband and I decided to shop here today. Their lazy cashier over scan my groceries, their self check out machine doesn’t work properly; and it overcharged my strawberries. Their customer services employee needs more training on how to take care of the customers. I got my money back, but I had to rescan all my groceries myself! This is ridiculous! I wasted my times with double work, and one of their employees came up to me and told me to take everything out of the bags before I rescan my items. She did offer to help at all. Don’t shop here! Shop here if you have plenty of time to be wasted.

5 stars simply because of the two young men who were running the self check out today near the pharmacy entrance ! Amazing customer service!!!! Something as simple as grabbing my waters frm under my cart as soon as they seen me going to grab them…showed a lot …..keep it up fellas!

This location refuses to give refunds on recalled items. I brought in a package of frozen mangos that had been recalled due to listeria concerns, and they refused to give a refund despite there being articles about the dangers of this product currently

  1. All the items you need you can find at a good price. And property was cleaned and staff very helpful. Only bad thing was lack of available cashiers. 2 were present and one had to close shop.
More cashiers would make things easier!

  2. This is the worst Walmart have ever been to. The shelves were a mess and poorly stocked. It was difficult to find what I was looking for and the price. I also kept finding open packages with the merchandise missing and discarded merchandise everywhere. Theft must be a real problem in this store. I spent 90% of my time trying to find what I was looking for and trying to navigate through the maze of isles and restocking carts. Checking out was a nightmare. The self checkouts had huge lines. The regular checkout lanes, which there was at least 10-12 of them, had only 2 lanes open. It took 25 minutes of waiting in line to checkout. RIDICULOUS!!! Finally, I was trying to find supplies for a new rescue kitten I got. They did not have a majority of the things I was looking for. There was one type of litter box for $60. No regular litter boxes. No cat shampoo or kitten shampoo. No flea/tick treatment medicine. No cat collars. Only two options for premium kitten food. The one bright note was the staff. They were extremely helpful when I could find them. I do want to thank the two African American gentlemen in Electronics working 5/3/23 around 5-6:00 pm. The took the time to really help me even though pet supplies was not their department. The cashier I had at checkout was also very nice. There is no name on my receipt, it says Terminal #SC010107. She was a young African Woman. I took some pictures of the mess this store is in and the poorly planned checkouts. No wonder there was so much theft of people opening the packaging and walking away with the merchandise.

  3. Brandon was very helpful with my purchase. He even helped me bring it to my vehicle! Its hard to find good customer service now a days. Thank you Brandon!

  4. Your Average Wal-Mart. Helpful and friendly staff. Layout was backwards from any other walmart I’ve been too so it threw me off but that’s not a big deal.

  5. Probably the worst Walmart in Milwaukee. All the fresh food is usually expired, spoiled, already open and/or partially eaten. All the plants are dead. All the shelves are constantly in a state of chaos. Trash everywhere. The dairy coolers have black mold growing on the wire shelving. Pretty much self-checkout only, and there’s often no bags and only one employee for like 1000 people trying to check out at once. 1 star instead of 0 stars, because there’s usually free entertainment! Almost every time I’ve gone, there’s been a fight, car accident, or arrest in the parking lot.

Seriously though – this Walmart is 3 minutes away from me and I drive 25 minutes to go to Greenfield instead just to NOT have a heart attack from the stress of being inside this store. Do they even have a manager? And does the manager care? Rhetorical questions…
