There were people in the Garden section but no one was there to assist, the employee was outside watering plants. My second trip was the same, a few registers were opened on Saturday. I think they want customers to do the self checkout but I refuse, I don’t work for them. I gave an additional star because of the lady at the register, she was very nice. I returned today and their were plenty of registers opened which was great but I didn’t add any additional stars because the person at the register didn’t double bag the heavy items. I returned early on Easter Sunday and none of the registers were opened, everyone had to use the self checkout. I hate them, I don’t work for Walmart. When I went here, I found what I needed but the only problem was a worker in the electronics section was trying to convince me to buy a tv. At first I thought this was a typical sales interaction where of course they will encourage me to buy something and I’ll just decline politely. However this was not the case as the employee was continuously trying to make me buy this tv that I absolutely did not have money for. I was appalled that when I said I’ll get the manger if they don’t stop bothering me, the employee started crying and saying “fine I’ll never sell a tv ever again” or something along the lines of that. I haven’t returned ever since.
Sometimes when things and people change or moved around in positions they may not necessarily like, they become sour and unfriendly, even stone faced or having an attitude. I saw this at the customer service center. I was there somewhere between 3 & 4 pm. I didn’t have any run-ins with any other associates except at the register and this associate was very 🙂. Very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful, professional and engaging. She worked the Self check out center near the entrance to clothing and pharmacy. Again, between 3 & 5pm. Love people like her! Others should learn from her example.
Just don’t go! Especially if you are trying to make money as a Spark Driver. I’ve never seen a man walk so slow! Absolutely NO SENSE OF PURPOSE. I remember now why I REFUSE TO COME BACK. THANK YOU FOR THE REMINDER.
Had a problem with the driveway lights Home Depot sold me. Took them back and went to Lowe’s. Their Portfolio brand is now Harbor Breeze. Upped what we spent but much better quality product. Don’t buy lights with squeeze together plugs, the better sets are with a screw on that forces the prongs into the cable. Lights look great and have the capability to change brightness to 5 different levels.
What can I say outside of it was great the young women who handle my groceries was a angel in disguise her name is difficult to pronounced, so I encourage everyone to shop at Walmart for they indeed deserve our tax dollars. And that’s where the finest women are .peace to you all good by.
