Context, My Honda had a small nail in the tread (patchable). Wife took it in, and the shop dweeb said there were two, one in the sidewall, making it not repairable. That Sir was a Lie. I called to let management know, and after all, I was on the line with her the whole time. Management told me “I talked to the guy, it was too close on the tread to the sidewall to be repaired iaw DOT standards.” Well, those 2 nails quickly changed to one and not in the sidewall after all. Young park is a great place to meet people and sign up with Assurance wireless for a free phone
Worse Walmart visit ever. Searched on Walmart app to find what I needed and to make my visit fast and easy. Both items I was looking for where not on the location the app said they were. Correction one item I was looking for was located on L33 but the aisle was not labeled. The other item was located on F31 but the section F only went up to F30. I asked the associate that work that area and she said she had no clue. Lucky I found a associated in electronics and what a doll. She had no clue either but at least she took the effort to help me find it. Also why have your lawn and garden location open when there’s no cashiers. Many people where upset because they parked by lawn and garden hoping to exit the same way they came in. We all had to walk to the front cashiers and wait in lines because most of the registers didn’t work. Also most of the associates that work there don’t speak English. On the plus side I was able to find what I needed but it was a treasure hunt.
Drive thru needs more help. Cashier had mentioned she was exhausted and had work long hours. I ordered a special order and had it all wrong when I got home. Called it in and went the following day to get it all over again. Pónganse las pilas managers.
Had a really great experience here over the last 2 days. They have a really good peaceful friendly environment facility here. #SHOUTOUT Mary, Luriel and all the staff there today. They even went out of their way to help me with a really cool refund today. Thank you Walmart for always helping us and for the great selection and variety and customer service y’all help us with. It is a honor and a privilege to be able to shop with your stores. Will gladly love to shop and meet and greet here. A very beautiful group of families and people.
Stephanie was very helpful today at my visit she help me find a great pair of glasses and also had great customer service really recommended.
