I ordered one tire online and picked a reservation time on their website to get the tire put on. When I arrived, I was told no more cars will be worked on today. I asked to speak to the manager and told him I had an appointment. He proceed to say yes well those don’t work I don’t know why they have them off and told me to call the 1800 number to get my money back. - Reviews:I would give this walmart a two out of five. The appearance of the store could be better. It would also help if they would have more registers open. One whole section of them was closed off. Also, the customer service section was extremely understaffed. I waited over thirty minutes to return something and there was only one person ahead of me. There were multiple staff that could have assisted but the only person who was working, was some poor disabled woman who was not receiving help from other team members. It was also extremely cluttered by the customer service department. He gave her his receipt and after she checked his cart, she threw his receipt into the cart instead of handing it to him when he put his hand out for it. He walked out of the store and was met by a cop and security guard at the car. He purchased a cooler and it was checked THREE times – at self-checkout, at the door by the woman, and then again by the cop and security guard. It was empty! He explained to the woman at the door that he was deaf, but she created a scene by yelling and flailing her arms at him. What a joke. He typed on his phone to the officer and security guard that he didn’t know what her problem was and didnt understand why he was being treated like he did something wrong. Store was clean and well stocked. Would be nice if store associate would greet you hello when you come within 5 feet of each other and make eye contact. There was one associate pulling an order on the grocery side who did say hello. Must be a newer employee being I shop at this location at least twice a week and this was my first time seeing her
Based on my last experience I rate this a 5.
The guy that brought my stuff out was polite when he asked me where I wanted my groceries.
I told him back seat.
He put them in and accidentally dropped my half-and-half on the ground. He was so apologetic you would have thought he dropped eggs. He even offered to get me a new one.
Excellent customer service, brought my order promptly and everything went smoothly.

This one has plenty of self check out counters that are really very convenient for shoppers like us who are mostly short of time and hate standing in long queues.
Their bakery is super ! Most of the edibles have a substitute available of their in-house brand (Great Value) which is comparatively cheaper and quality wise almost similar to the other known brands.
Very well organized section with plenty of options to navigate from plus they are pretty stocked most of the time.
Occasion specific deals offered on products now and then are very reasonably priced.
Had the worse experience ever buying groceries did a self check out…. Your already being watched and I understand there job but when I thought my jeans were scanned it wasn’t the lady came over checked so I took the jeans out the bag and put aside to just do the rest of groceries and get back to scanning my food in the basket then I get a different lady was like checking and I’m like she fixed it she tried to be funny and act like the other lady didn’t … Then the lady ask are you going to buy them I’m like can I finish scanning my groceries but I was so mad I said I don’t want them now …then she left as they are watching me close …. Then I get a whole other girl come up are you going to buy that shirt I’m like yes I’m trying to finish scanning my groceries they call a manager what for I didn’t do nothing so why you guys acting funny about this situation and watching my move … when it don’t scan and they see it doesn’t mean I try to steal them ? … I understand doing your job but you over do it to the extreme …. I had two items not bagged so I knew to scan them first with no problem to get checked and leave … I knew they told the boy who checks receipts by the door to see if I payed for them … soon as I leave the manager gave me the ugliest look ever …. So now on I’m a go to another location I was so embarrassed ??♀️
Apparently customer service can’t split a 20 dollar bill for 2 10 dollar bills (the girl there was very rude about that). And there’s never anyone at the money center. All 3 lanes in the money center were closed and there was no way to enter.
Why can’t this Walmart split cash at the customer service desk? Rude.
