Automatic wash does a great job. Vacuuming is strong and has excellent length to the hose. Love that they have microfiber towels and cleaners available. The only reason for 4 stars is that some of the spray bottles are broken and it would be nice to have some kind of cleaner/conditioner for the interior dash, etc of the vehicle. The equipment is exceptionally well maintained and is always ready for use
The management takes the time to visit with customers who are either checking in through the access gate, or take the time to ask questions about the service while you are vacuuming. There are always window or cleaning amenities ready for customer use.
Superior customer service attitude from all employees
I hate leaving reviews like this but I had to on this one. However I will say if the owners want to try again and find a way to make it right, I’m always open for second chances. Now with drive through car washes I understand the risk of scratches, so I’m not even that mad at the paint chip because there is no way to prove that it came from this ( but I’m pretty darn sure it was a result from the wash). To start I paid $25 for their best wash and expected much more, the guy at the front pressure washed maybe 1/3 of the car before entering (they used to do WAY better of a job). After pulling out and driving 2 minutes the car was still filthy and I just feel like their machines are not operating well or need replacement parts because other competitors down the street when I pull away don’t look like this. Unfortunately it was a poor result, but like I said I’m a fair person and if the owners choose to respond to this review, I will try again and amend.
I love this place. They offered free services earlier this year on a Sunday. I took two cars and I bought the membership. I go once/twice per week. Awesome car wash and my car turns heads after I’ve gone. Loving the services! Highly recommended. See for yourself. Thank me later!
I love this car wash ! It’s so clean and the workers are so nice and helpful. The manager was pleasant & professional. I also love how I can use the vacuums even when the car wash is closed ! I have a membership it’s definitely worth it ! Great price , great experience.
Carlos the manger is always super helpful! He doesn’t mind taking a second to spark a conversation and always remembers my name when I come in. His customer service is top notch and he really seems to have this place running well. Anytime that I come in I am able to get in and out very quick along with having a spotless car wash. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Five stars all day for Take 5! Thank you guys!!
