The BEST QQ yet in the Valley! The vacuums are so strong they will suck the paint right off your car. The car wash did not break down 3 times while I was in it like the newest one in Palm Springs. I use “Ceramic Duck” wash option that includes the tire dressing and undercarriage wash. After driving my vehicle I get black splatter on the front doors and rear quarter panels. It seems to be coming from the tires. I’m assuming it’s excess tire dressing that gets flung up onto the body of the vehicle upon driving or residue from the undercarriage wash. I’m going to downgrade to the basic wash that does not include tire dressing or undercarriage wash to test my theory. Amazing work. I took my brand new car here on Saturday, we opted in getting the membership because it seemed like a better deal.
1.- I asked for my car to be hand washed and not be put through the machine (was completely ignored and my car went through the machine).
2.- They waxed the car and took forever only to have left white stains all around the car and they do not come off. My car is black!!! Can’t tell me it was like that prior to me taking it for a wash, car is only 2 weeks old and I have before and after photos.
3.- The inside was not cleaned and the inside of the doors were dirty.
4.- I tried to explained this before I left and again was completely ignored.
I let the a lady know about it (not sure she was the manager) was very rude and kept saying she didn’t see anything – clearly you can see it. The lady was in a hurry just trying to get me out of there. So I just left with a stained and scratched vehicle.
I usually take it to the Indio car wash and I only went there because I was in the area but never again. I go here all the time to clean my car and my wife’s, however I don’t like how it folds my rear view mirrors and I also don’t like how the air compressor are out of service. The workers are really great though
On june 24 my wifes car was rear ended it took the manager(jorge antillo) over a week to look at the video. I have gone 3 times to talk to the manager (jorge antillo) and every single time i have gone its been excuse after excuse. At this point it is july 17. First he said he did not have access to the video that he was waiting for his boss (Jeffry Martin) to give him access to the video. After that he said he could not make a desicion that his boss (Jeffrey Martin) has to make the decision. That i would get a call shortly. I have never received a call or any communication. I went one more time and was fed lies about why i was not called saying my phone must not work. Being a former employee in the maintenance i rode the car wash and new what the problem instantly of why it happen when i brought that up he denied that issue and said it was not possible. At this point i am just going to get my wifes car fixed out of pocket. And be done with quick quack. I had never seen this side of quick quack they preach way different when you work for them. As of now if you want headaches and lies your in the right place.
