“DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO GETTING THE MEMBERSHIP FOR CAR WASHES”. This is a rip off. A lady was standing outside where you pay for the carwash. She pressured me into getting the membership with little to no explanation. I was told I could get a full refund if I didn’t like the car wash and that it wasn’t going to charge my credit card every month.
However, what I was told was a lie to get me to sign up! The car wash was awful. the soap is not dispensing enough to wash my car. The love bugs were still on the car.
I was charged automatically on my credit card monthly $30.00.
I called and canceled (3) times and they are still charging my credit card and saying there it is a glitch in the system! Making it near impossible to discontinue it. They refuse to credit me for the first time a was billed, even though i was told by the lady standing outside taking the payment that I could get a full refund if I didn’t like the service. I will never go there again.
Check your credit card statement each month to see if they signed you up without your knowledge. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!! Definitely didn’t have a great experience at Mister car wash. I went out of my way to go here, which was not a good decision.
1. There was not a bug wash area as you pull into the business.
2. I’m disabled and have difficulty with my hands, so using the card reader took a little longer for me to use.
3. Just as my card was authorized, an attendant walks up and sticks their head inside of my vehicle to see what the issue is. Hello, Covid! What were they thinking. They didn’t say anything just put their head right in. ( I pulled up close to the kiosk, so I could avoid an interaction like that however, this didn’t stop them from nearly hoping in my vehicle. )
I told them I was fine and did not need any assistance.
4. They didn’t tape down my rear wiper arm, because of this the rear wiper arm was up when I got to the vacuums. This could have definitely damaged the rear wiper arm.
5. My vehicle was not very clean after the car wash, not to mention that there was more tire shine on the body of my vehicle that on my tires.This interaction with Mister Car Wash, was completely disappointing. I unfortunately will not use their services any longer.

Car Wash USA is hands down the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. After spending $20 for the regular wash that includes a wax, my car came out filthy. The car was still covered in bugs and dust, this is after the pre scrubbing by the attendants. When I was vacuuming the inside of the car, one of the attendants came over and asked if my car had been washed. He proceeded to go to the manager and ask if I could go back through the wash. They said I’d have to come back in the morning to speak with the manager to get that approved.
After about 20 minutes of vacuuming, the attendant then offered to run my vehicle through the wash again for an upgraded service of $25 if I wanted to Venmo him and the car wash a $1.
I wouldn’t waist your time with this location. You’re better off spraying your car down with a garden hose.r
The vacuums are consistently not working properly and for real dirty vehicles having bugs and mud… you’re not going to get rid of them as the attendees don’t remove them before sending you through the automated washing system. They used to be great, but as the price increases, the quality decreases!
