For the past 2 months I have not been really happy with the service at Zips. Seems to be a lack of employee initiative and a lack of detail. However today I went to the zips on old forest and was totally impressed. Justin did an excellent job. I had a lot of bugs and road dirt from a 2,000 mile trip. Justin worked on the front of my car got the bugs off and sprayed the road grim off. Today I accidentally went into the car wash with a bike rack on. The technician was super understanding, maneuvered the situation like a champ. Handled 4 cars having to back up for me. Also, the manager came out offering assistance and for me to return for my car wash. Very nice & professional. Aaron was very courteous and super helpful!! I’ll be returning!
The staff was very friendly and helpful and honestly I don’t think I’ve been to a car wash this intense (in a good way)! I had been neglecting to clean my car for months so it had tree sap and pollen all over. This wash got everything off and I’ve never seen my car shinier. Sad I don’t live in the area to come back
Great customer service! Bought a car wash which was awesome. You can vacuum your vehicle at no charge, the best part is you don’t have to purchase anything. ITS COMPLETELY FREE!!! They also have little air sprayers that is very powerful and blows out dirt in those impossible to reach places
The car wash does ok. It definitely misses a lot of spots. Free vacs are nice. The membership is definitely too expensive for one vehicle, especially since the air attachments next to the vacuums are normally broken and the rags to wipe the car down or clean your window are always soaking wet and smears water everywhere and makes things worse. Needs a lot of TLC. You can tell it’s not taken care of very well.
