I come to AmPm to get my truck washed at least once a week. I’m writing this review now because of Terrell. Terrell is one of employees at the car wash and he does an OUTSTANDING job. Not only is he good and makes my truck look brand new, but he’s also very kind, courteous and makes you smile when you go through the drive through!

The car wash is great and the staff is always super friendly and helpful! The vacuums are free after. They offer great prices and good monthly options. Love this Quick Quack! The lines are always short and the service is awesome! If you notice that there’s a lot of good reviews that mention the employee “Ki” it’s because she sticks her head in your window and pretty much forces you to leave her a review and make sure you mention her name. She didn’t let me continue until I literally pulled up the review on my phone. So all of those positive reviews are just her bothering customers to do it.
She seems like a nice girl but Jesus, I feel like the owners would be super annoyed to know she’s harassing customers into mentioning her in reviews. I remember last year while I was vacuuming my car she handed me a quick quack air freshener and told me I could keep it if I left her a good review, she even checked to make sure I did lol.

It’s quick, just like the name says it is, the staff is friendly, and it gets the job done. Saves my husband an hour in the sun washing our SUV. The prices are also much more reasonable than a conventional car wash. I’m thinking about buying a monthly pass, cuz I much prefer having the dirt rinsed off my car then driving around with it all dusty. Phoenix was amazing! Super helpful and great energy. The vacuums are trash though, like 20% suction. I’d love to come back because of the customer service, but the vacuums aren’t strong enough for me.
I visited this location yesterday on June 28th and I’ll have to say meeting the new store manager Carina was such a pleasure. She was so patient with my wife and I. We had an issue switching plates over and she handled it with such grace. We loved her upbeat attitude. She even talked us in to upgrading to the new ceramic package they have. So far so good. My car is looking amazingly shiny 😉
I have personally been a member of this car wash for a very long time. I am really happy to hear that they use recycled water. I also learned that all of the scrubbers that are used in the car washed are made with a material similar to snorkel wetsuits, which are unable to scratch cars and do not hold debris. Being a member definitely saves me a lot of time from washing my car.
This location is very efficient and busy. Only downside is I often choose to keep moving due to the line. Today was lovely! No line, and the person checking me in was friendly and helpful. Had to change my license plate number on the account. Phoenix took care of it quickly. I also appreciate that Quick Quack recycles their water!
