Love this place! Cleans my car really well and has so many free amenities: vacuums, towels, sprays. Jared even took the time to show me how to clean my mats! So many options of different washes you can choose from that works best in your budget!
I Highly recommend this location! Not just for the free amenities but for the positive friendly staff this location provides. It’s not too often you get a manager going out of his way to help you!

After completing my wash and going to the detail center there were a number of bugs still in my grill (of which it was caked on before). Danny came over and had me go through a second time to get it cleaned again. He proceeded to power wash my grill till it was all cleaned up. I shortly learned after that I had come right at closing. Really nice features! I like to go there with my sons, and four of us can be vacuuming all at the same time which makes it go really fast. Asked for no touch to no avail! Good looking girl in front of me got a thorough brush wash on her vehicle while mine was barely touched! I had a book I purchased several washes back and paid an extra $35 on top of that to get a great job also to no avail! This place has never been a 5 and is very expensive. NEVER get your car washed here! They air dry Blowers blew off the rubber trim off my SUV rear hatch and busted it. Their air dry Blowers felt and sounded like a hurricane! A blonde haired kid found it in the tunnel. But Courtney and Jenny, the managers, refused to do anything about it. A new part will cost $337 per a local parts shop in salt lake. The managers basically said too bad so sad your car must have has something wrong with it for that to happen. Totally false. Nothing was wrong with it. I had signed up for the wash club but found I have only utilized it once since starting and today my service wes less then Fabulous! 1st off I informers the cashier I’d like a brushless wash as it appears they have upgraded their washing unit. I approached the wash and there were NO attendants to start the pre wash, I figured it went all automatic so I proceeded forward and the wash did NOT start. After driving halfway thru I got the attention of an employee, they told me to just continue to drive thru as the was didn’t auto start. I drove back around and there were attendants pre-washing two cars ahead of myself, as I fishies in the wash as usual there were two attendants drying my car, the quality of the tire shine was less then subpar compared to when I purchase a standard VIP wash. I don’t know what’s going on with the quality of Fabulous Freddy’s, I drive 30-45min to this location on Sandy,It as it was the only touch less car wash in town, as I don’t want my vehicle scratched up. I supposed I can just go to a typical car was less then a half mile away car wash. I’m so disappointed for the lack of service & quality Mr. Smith has going on with this location. from me to safe myself time & get the same subpar car wash. This has got to be one of the best car washes in all the 50 states. It’s convenient, has numerous locations, and the car wash is no longer than 10 minutes even when busy! They have great pricing options and I’ve found that the ceramic option gives my dirty work truck a second wind in looks. Overall a 5/5 for me. Fairly priced, very streamlined and efficient process, and the staff are always helpful when it ran into scarce problems.
Love having a membership for all our cars. Especially great to get the salt off the cars in winter. Easy to drive through at anytime and the new ceramic coating makes it extra shiny. Love the dash wipe, vacuums, and towels to dry your car afterwards. Only thing missing is something to clean your floor mats.
I was pretty surprised after paying $26 for a car wash to find that my car wasn’t spotless. The back of the car had a strip of dirt . There is a lip there, that’s no excuse. It came out filthy around the mirrors and there were spots left on the windshield too. Glad I didn’t buy a membership. Vacuums had weak suction, and I wish I’d looked up prices before getting in line, I had no idea it would be so expensive. At that point I figured I’d go for the finest ad a treat but while my car is cleaner it’s definitely not up to my standard. The guys at the front spent plenty of time telling me all the benefits of a membership. Perhaps they should have spent that time cleaning my car.
Horrible experience. Did not clean my vehicle. Also had a large scratch through the hood that they have denied responsibility for because they could not see it in their video. Even after talking multiple videos and pictures of it myself it is very hard to see because it is a black vehicle and reflects all light. No real response from the team except for an email stating they were not at fault. BUYER
