I went to this place because they had the highest rating in our area and because I couldn’t find a reputable hand car wash business in the area. I just bought my brand new 2023 Kia Telluride and figured I’d be in good hands and this happens! My rear windshield wiper almost completely snapped off!!! It is definitely broken and I’m so bummed out!! Young employee took my information and said the owner will be contacting me. Still waiting to hear from them. Dark colored car nightmare.. detailer left vacuum hose on the side of my door while vacuuming out the car which led to a bunch of scratches. THEN proceeded to use dry non-microfiber nor shammy fiber cloths to dry my car (which leads to scratches). THEN put some sort of Armor All on my trim which then also got all over my paint. Still bugs Galore on my front end although he used a plain scratchy sponge to try and get some of them off. Left tons of goo and bugs..
I looked for a well-rated car wash for my first wash in my brand new blue car.. and fully regret not just going to a detailer.
Went in to speak to a manager and he was sitting in his office at his desk and disregarded the fact that someone was walking by his office looking for help.

I had previously rated this establishment 5 stars. Today when I was going through the car was as usual I put my car in neutral and didn’t touch the steering wheel. I hear a crunch at the end and checked my left front wheel where there was substantial damage. I notified the manager on duty and they stated they would get back to me. I will change my review again if they take care of the issue, but for now it’s a 1 star.
The main reason why I give this place 5 stars is due to the exception customer service I have received both times that I have gone to have my car washed. Big shout out to Jesus who was extremely professional and attentive. Being a good business is always a plus, but having exception employees is what drives the business and what keeps customers coming back. As long as I keep encouraging employees with the same work ethic as Jesus, I will keep coming back to this butane.
Brian and Collin were very helpful they went beyond to help me out today. I do appreciate it . Since this car wash has gone to rocket. I have seen big changes for the good I recommend this car wash because the excellent in customer service they go beyond.
I recommend this place, good service, good wash and friendly people, especially Brian the manager who’s out there and helping his crew also. I feel comfortable coming here anytime of the day to do my car washing👍👍
