The ‘ high pressure rinse ‘ was so weak, a light rain shower would have been more effective. Many options are not even functional. The ‘ high pressure soap ‘, as well as the wax did not work at all. The only thing that worked as intended was the foam brush. For 5 $ for 4 minutes, you’d expect the equipment to work. Upon leaving, the exit was completely blocked. They had 3 cars directly in front of the exit, hand drying them. Very inefficient use of space, as well as dangerous to completely block the only exit. After having written my first review, I attempted to use their service again, only to be met with an appalling level of hostility.An employee named Oscar recognized me from my previous review and immediately confronted me. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, he resorted to cursing and suggesting that I enjoyed spreading negative impressions of his business.
The worst part, however, was their outright refusal to wash my car, despite my unlimited car wash pass. This is not only a breach of our agreement but a gross violation of basic customer service ethics.
This follow-up experience at Splash Car Wash only exacerbates the concerns I initially voiced. Not only does the company engage in manipulative pricing and unprofessionalism, but they also actively silence and retaliate against customers who voice their dissatisfaction. This is not the standard of service we should accept.
It is indeed a sad state of affairs when a business reacts with hostility and denial of service rather than taking feedback as a chance to improve. I reiterate my previous advice: proceed with extreme caution if considering their services.

Car will be covered with water and soap spots even after air drying.

Stopped by this afternoon to get a $17 car wash. Really want the undercarriage. $17 is the second best level. A bit pricey in my opinion. Not only did my car leave just as dirty as it went in, but the rain coming this week could’ve done a better job. I’ll note I did get the automatic touch less car wash. Next time maybe I should go for the self service.

Best customer service ever! They made me feel like a Queen! I was blessed with a brand new vehicle and want to maintain it all while keeping the clear coat free from swirly marks! Collin took the time to chat with me on the phone giving his recommendations AND he had two awesome guys come to meet me when I pulled up to the touchless bay! Awesome bunch and quality washes! I am now a member 🙂
A great and convenient place for getting a wash. The app makes it super easy to buy a wash and get in. Self washing is very reasonable in price. I wish the machines might get an upgrade to get full cleaned and dry. The auto touch less misses the entire right side of the car.
I’ve been using Class Act Auto Wash for a few years now. I like the fact that the car stays put while the equipment moves around the car. I use the Soft Touch wash and am always pleased with the results. I love the mobile app which makes it so easy to pay and also earn rewards. A couple of glitches were dealt with immediately on-site and to my benefit. Customer service is wonderful.
I brought my car to get tinted. The owner was so nice. They finished in an hour super quick.The waiting area was nice had a nice phone charging station. So happy with the outcome ! I Definitely will recommend their services. I also recommend the app to wash your car it’s fast and easy. Once you accumulate enough points for washing your car you can get a discount on tints! I loved that!
