I got the unlimited subscription, and it’s a super good wash! I go through one of these every day and they always do a good job! 10/10

Not a complainer but after using this car wash a bunch of times. I’ve realized my car is all scratched up with swirls and my windshield has micro chips all across the entire surface. The scratches on the paint aren’t entirely noticeable but when the light hits it at an angle you can see scratches and swirls across the entire paint. It will take many hrs to restore the paint.

I have a monthly pass here, since they also have locations in the other cities I frequent and their big competitor here doesn’t. And every time the driver’s side of my car looks great! The passengers side, and front bumper… not so much! And I’m paying for the “best” wash. If they can figure out how to make my whole car look as great as the driver’s I’ll keep my pass. Otherwise, I’m gonna have to make the move to Tagg ‘N Go next month.

Customer service was great. The Reason for 2 stars is it says that there is a undercarriage wash on the ceramic duck wash. They told me it means they do undercarriage rust prevention and care, but there is no film and no less dirt underneath my truck. They have a clean car guarantee so I went in twice I went in twice And my truck was still dirty. Also, the tire shine only goes on the driver side passenger side receives no tire shine all. But the staff was very friendly. Their online call-center is also very friendly. So good employees not great wash.

The last quick quack I used I had to go through 2 times, still wasn’t very clean and I bought the high end wash.
I realize ya’ll love the great employees, I do too. What I need to know is does the wash itself do a thorough wash?

This is, hands down, the best car wash. We go quite often, though the main street location doesn’t have as many colorful lights during the wash compared to the others. This is just a fun addition to the car wash. I also love that they change the scents of the soaps with the seasons.

Their top brush ripped my crossbar clean off my car. no one really seemed to care. Really disappointed in this “local” company. The top brush lifted our car twice and spun the loose front crossbar around. Thankfully we were fine and it didn’t hit the car behind us. No employees seemed to care that we were ok….

Great car wash. Attendants were super helpful. Car went through 1st and wasn’t 100 % clean, it was like 99.7 % clean. Attendant came up while we were drying off and noticed the wash wasn’t 100% accurate. Offered to send us through again no charge. Great staff. Great service to back up the guarantee.

We come here all the time and love this place. The car wash does a great job, the vacuums always work well, and the rags are always stocked. AJ gave us the best customer service last time we went. We’ll definitely be back!!

The person at the entrance has always been friendly and helpful. This past month I even went to the monthly rate with unlimited washes. I love the extras after the wash, to vacuum and towels dry ect. The only downside I have experienced is that the people doing the precast prep are often a bit lazy about it, but not always. UPDATE: I went through the wash today and the young ones who brush the car before it goes into the machines were FANTASTIC!!!! They were a great team, did a great job, smiled and looked like they were having fun. Made my day!

  1. Best car wash in Cedar City! i was truly amazed by the efficiency of this car wash. Most of the time machine car washes such as these leave my vehicle looking like I just sprayed it off with a hose and called it a day. Recently, I visited this car wash after I took my truck mudding in the mountains. The two girls that greet you in the beginning took the time to provide extra power wash service and promptly removed the thick mud layers before sending me through the machine wash. I honestly thought I was going to need to take my truck through the wash twice due to the amount of mud layered onto my vehicle, but thanks to the amazing staff, it was one and done for me! My truck is spotless.

Lots of hype and feel good vibes here (marketing!). Everyone seems friendly, but I haven’t ever complained to them so who knows.

The downside is the damage to our cars.

3 year old car washed only at Tagg n Go since new. Looks great unless it’s in direct lighting. Clear coat is hammered. Looks like someone took a fine grit sandpaper “flap disc” to the bumper. That’s not too far from the truth.

6 month old truck is on its way to the same look. Same pattern of scratches.

It’s not like it’s an acute thing that you can point at and argue with them after one bad visit. This is long term and it’s the nature of the equipment used. I have samples of the brushes that ripped off and got stuck on my vehicles, it’s cloth that can hold grit. Clearly that’s what’s happening.

I read all these articles put out by the car wash industry about how the brushes are continually flushed to prevent this. If that’s happening I sure don’t see all that water spraying around. Anyway the results tell the story.

Undercarriage is hit and miss. I pay for the service and have a monthly pass. It’s wet under there but it isn’t washing the salt off in any meaningful way. I can’t hear anything that sounds like water jets underneath. 5 minutes with a garden hose does the job well.

Will be attempting to polish this damage out and then need a new plan for keeping the salt off our cars in the winter.

  3. Beware: Watch your checking account closely for TAGG & GO charges. Cancelled one vehicle on my account because they were charging $55 a month for 3 vehicles. They kept charging $55 a month for 2 vehicles. I cancelled the whole account. They kept charging $55 a month for 0 vehicles. I called the owners for an explination. Was told I wouldn’t be charged anymore and that the last payment would be refunded. Well….
$19.99 was refunded. They failed to refund $34.99 of overcharges.
I’m waiting to see if I’m charged againg on May 7th for
    the cancelled account.

  4. Tag N Go if you’re going to hire teenagers, please make sure they understand what a customer means by please spray the wheels really well. Makes you worried for this next generation. Simple requests go right over their heads….

  5. I’m not sure if they don’t clean the brushes, or they just do a bad job of “pre washing”. I have taken two brand new vehicles through these washes and it never fails that they come out looking like they have been through a sand storm due to all the micro-scratches. Other washes will wash off the brushes throughout the day, it’s apparent that Tagg-N-Go does not. Very frustrating.
