Well I had great experience here I signed up for a wash package after being told I could wash my work van and my truck under the same plan. I did this for some time and there was no issue. But today I’m now told I can’t use my plan like that and that I have to buy 2 separate plans . I wash my truck maybe twice a month . And my work van also maybe twice per month. The benefits to the plan was that I was told it would follow me regardless of what vehicle I drove that day. The girl inside the tunnel is AMAZING! She actually pre soaks your whole entire vehicle and scrubs each window before you even head in! Other car washes I’ve been too like Miser simply spray a little bit as you’re headed into the tunnel and dont put in Any effort smh.

80% of the time I go there the water smells awful and leaves a lingering smell in my truck and I have to turn off the AC otherwise that smell starts to enter inside. This created a waxy covering on the car so thick I couldn’t see out of the windows. I asked the attendant about it. He sent me through the car wash again. The 2nd time partially removed the wax, but I still couldn’t see well out of the windows. I asked the attendant about it. He tried to rub off the wax from the windshield with a rag, then called the supervisor. I asked what could be done. The supervisor indicated that the car wash never malfunctions and I must have had the problem before arriving. **Essentially, he blamed me.** What do I gain by making this up? The supervisor sent me through for a 3rd washing. That also did not eliminate all of the wax. I went to a gas station across the street and washed the windshield four more times, which eliminated about 90% of the wax. The car still has some waxy residue on all surfaces. It looks grease now. I will have to try something else to remove it.
I would highly recommend NOT getting a car wash at Mister Car Wash based on this experience.
Better car washes include: Quick Quack, Wiggy Wash, and Tommy’s Express. I have used them all within the past month.

Underside of my truck was bone dry and still muddy after going through the wash. Also, their dryers don’t get nearly all of the water and soap off and clearly their water purification system is either broken or non existent, evidenced by the hard water spots left all over the vehicle once dry…. I edited my post because they let me go through a second time. I can’t do that every time so I think the wash could still use improvement. Like I said before though. The customer service is great
I’ve given this place a shot for about 3 months now. At first I thought the streaks on the back of my car afterward were because of snow and salt.
It’s because the wash is going too fast. It doesn’t rinse soap off of my car. Then my car rushes through the blower too fast and doesn’t dry all of the way. It makes my car look dirtier honestly.
The customer service is great though. If they improved the wash I’d give them 5 stars.
My first time taking my car through car wash, it’s a new car I was there this morning and regret it a thousand times. Can’t believe all the scratches my car got after it was out. Really disappointed 😞
We love this place! The staff are always courteous and helpful. The experience is always swift and no fuss. Our car always comes out clean and sparkling—except when it doesn’t, but then we can just go through again for FREE 😀
