I have been to this car wash 6 times in hopes they would do better but have been disappointed every single time. For a second time this gas station has taken money from me that I did not authorizing with it stating to to make sure my card is legit. I’m telling everyone do not get gas here. After 3 weeks the car wash manager at Bismarck (Matt) got back to me and and said it never happened before and directly warned me that “do whatever you can do we cannot pay for it”.

What a pleasant surprise coming to this gas station is. Khalid at the front desk loves his job and has exceptional customer service skills. I got gas, a car wash and coffee but he gave me the coffee for free – both times I’ve stopped by. I work on gravel roads and have a super dirty truck for work that I bring to get washed and the workers always get it very clean. The people washing the cars look happy too (with the exception of one guy). Whoever runs this place must be focusing on service and I definitely notice. I haven’t run into many gas store workers who look like they aren’t just counting down the minutes till the shift is done (at other stores). This is a refreshing stop during the day. Update: these guys are continuing to do great work. I lost a receipt I needed to expense for work and asked them a couple weeks after if they’d be able to reprint one. Carter helped me out. It took me five minutes to knock down the day and time but he kept looking through the system until he found my receipt. Much to my surprise, he didn’t grumble, complain, or even seem disturbed by my request and the effort put forth to fulfill it. Very impressed with Carter and the red carpet team. I have wash my vehicle here before but this is the worst ever….I just paid 24.99 for what a piece of trash….am not happy this is not nice…
I have used Don’s Carwash many times over several years. I am always satisfied with their work in today’s environment the exterior only was is a great deal. I usually get the full service wash. They do a good job with interior and exterior. Really appreciate the clean mats. Sometimes it is very busy, so you have to wait in line for a while, but they move the vehicles thru rapidly. Will continue to bring my cars to Don’s.
If you are ever down on your luck and need a job, Don’s has been there to lend a hand up for many many individuals willing to work. They do good things by hiring addicts and criminals looking for change.
I don’t know about anyone else. If I’m coming to Don’s it’s for an interior wash that isn’t as expensive as a full detail job would be. Vacuum the dirt. Wipe the dust. Clean the glass. Simple enough you would think. My patience has worn thin with their services. Perhaps paying the employees a living wage would attract a better set of work ethics to the place? Oh ho. But then our washes would cost more! And we simply cannot have that.
Just got home from Don’s on 13th…paid for a full service car wash….terrible job for what I paid. They didn’t wipe down the drivers door inside….left debris in the side pocket and cup holder…they opened my sunglass case to hide the debris….it’s been 3 days and no comment from Don’s. Great customer service…🤮
Very disappointed. First time ever they did not wipe door frames inside or dashboard, or vacumm the back window area…bugs left there. Hope you can see in the pics.
