Everything worked for me. If I hadn’t just driven 1500 miles and hit every bug between Washington and Arizona, I think it would have been reasonable. I have a 2500HD with canopy so lots of truck to wash(plenty of room). Did I mention the bugs? Those are gone, so the wash will be much faster next time.

I didn’t use every function due to how much I was willing to spend. Next time I may make use of them, see if the “no stain rinse” or whatever it was really worked.

My only complaint is the brush seemed a bit to weak to do better on the bugs. I know you don’t want something to harsh either, but I just wonder if a newer brush would have been better. Still giving 5 stars due my lack of car wash brush technology and limitations.

Only touchless, brushless self service car wash on the west side of Phoenix that I can find. Great prices. Easy to use.

This is a great little car wash with 3 self-serve bays and 1 drive-through wash with plenty of vacuums. They take cash or card at every bay and have a vending machine for any additional cleaning accessories you may need.

Hands down the best self service car wash I have been to. 14’ tall bays for motorhomes and stacker trailers. Tiger the manager cane over and offered to let me borrow a ladder. If you like me and don’t like the job the truck washes do, this is your place. Place was very clean and everything worked great.

$5’s for 5 minutes. Wasted $10 to half wash my car barely any soap came out the machine. The brush didn’t clean anything from the front of my car. I stopped going to the carwash tunnels because the brushes were to hard and was starting to chip my paint. Decided to go here and do it my self but it seems alittle run down. Idk how this place is a 4.5 when barely anything works!! Your 5 mins literally feels like 5 seconds.

Wow! Friendly, hard working staff and great value.
The Super wash, you start at pay booth they spray and scrub your vehicle then through the automatic wash and dryer. After dryers a worker drys the vehicle with air hose and cleans the windows and tires. They give you vacuum token which gives you 4 minutes to vacuum included with the wash price.
    Will be back!

Was in town & needed a wash. I belong to a monthly priced similar carwash at home so felt comfortable going here. I wasnt disappointed, wash did great job, towels stocked & vaccums avail. Whe leaving i went the wrong direction n cd not turn around in tight spot i found myself in. An employee (so sorry i forgot his name, had drk brown hair w beard & sort of stocky build) came to my rescue by patiently leading me back n forth until i was pointed towards the exit. He wd not accept my tip when i thanked him, i wish he wd have… he was a true gentleman who saved this middle aged lady a bit of embarrassment:)10 ☆’s

  1. I use this cobblestone Auto spa to wash my car weekly. It is my favorite cobblestone Auto spa because it does not have the bars for your cars tire. it’s a flat surface that takes your car through the wash which I like especially if your car is a little bit to lower to the ground. The price has been going up at this car wash when we first went to the car wash there it was $4 for the wash now it’s $7 for your basic light wash which is all I use to wash my car. The vacuums are powerful at the car wash. I highly recommend this cobblestone even with the continued price increases in the basic wash. My opinion this is the best car wash in Chandler Gilbert that is self-serve. On Saturdays and Sundays it’s pretty busy. Again I highly recommend this car wash.

  2. This place used to be great. Recently they have had issues with their machine and the part that cleans your hood, roof, trunk has been leaking oil. Not so bad on our car but there was a gentleman who’s Tesla was covered with lines of oil/grease and they were just like oh not our problem. Last week we were there and it still was not working and therefore that part of our car was not washed. We’ll be looking for a new location with better customer service or a new car wash company to go to. Very disappointed.

  3. Went to this car wash 🧼 a week ago. Upon pulling out noticed that the machine damaged my car. The machine basically ripped off the windshield wiper on my back windshield. Went to go talk to a manager manager was not on site. The staff did not know proper protocol on how to write a report. Wrote a report on a dirty looseleaf paper. And told me that someone will be reaching out to me. It has been over a week. I have stop by consistently every day every day I’m told a different story with no follow up. one of the days that I stop by I spoke to a manager and she informed me that I was not allowed to watch the videos because that was private footage and it was only to be shown to staff and that I should not have recorded the incident on my phone and was questioning me as to who let me watch the videos. I just purchase his car and it said that my car is damaged within a few days of ownership. All I want is my car to be repaired. I watch the video with the staff and clearly showed in a video that the machine ripped off the windshield wiper total cost to repair for this is going to be about all $300 at Volvo for a $20 wash this car washes turn into a nightmare. I don’t recommend using this car wash because if in fact, your car is damaged, there will be no follow up from anyone or anyone to contact and you’ll be stuck with the bill. I will follow up to let the results know as to it or not they will cover this bill, but as it stands right now, I’ve heard from no one.

  4. First hand experience of this location overcrowding the track. They need to allow more space between cars and drivers give the car in front of you time to get ahead before entering the tracks to avoid these situations. See picture of the vehicle behind me colliding with the rear of my vehicle.

  5. One of the worst locations in the Cobblestone chain.
    1. Personnel space the cars too close together in the tunnel, a common problem at most Cobblestones, however see #2 to see why this is an even bigger problem here.
    2. The beginning of this tunnel has a defect that lunges your vehicle forward until settling in position, which combined with problem 1 caused my vehicle to try to hit the vehicle in front, only prevented by my hitting the brakes to stop my vehicle from rolling forward. Sure enough, the vehicle behind me also lunged forward and ended up uncomfortably close to the back of mine.
    3. This tunnel has another defect that causes the tires to come out brown instead of black like they do at their other locations. See the photo.

The brown tires combined with the risk of being hit in the tunnel are why I will not return to this location. I tried to address these issues with the lady in the office but she was disinterested.
