Purchased the Supreme plus paid extra for two rows of mats. Not impressed with the interior cleaning. Rear seat windows more smudged than clean, front dash not wiped fully, rear tail gate not wiped. And no more scents. Imho a decline in the quality of service over the years, while the prices have increased. I am fine paying a bit more as long as the quality is provide in return.

This place used to be my favorite car wash. Always went the extra mile to make sure your car was clean. Now it’s like they just stopped caring. Garbage left under seats, half done vacuum job, brake dust still on wheels, tire protectant not even applied. I paid for the ceramic protectant wash, which is the most expensive wash option, and I went home and wiped down my own interior, cleaned the tube steps, finished vacuuming and cleaned my wheels and tires. Honestly what did I pay them for? You shouldn’t have to complain to get your car clean, if that’s literally the one service they’re supposed to provide. Save your money, or go somewhere else. This wash has lost it’s heart.

Wow, oh wow, what a horrible experience. My boyfriend paid for the exterior car wash and interior detailing. It looked like absolutely NOTHING had been done to the interior of the vehicle! The cup holders hadn’t been wiped out, the dash hadn’t been wiped off, the floor mats were clearly not vacuumed. It definitely was not worth the value. The outside of the vehicle looked like it had been sprayed down with a garden hose and left to dry. It didn’t look like they wiped it down at all with the number of water spots they left. He could have went to a gas station and got the cheapest car wash there and gotten a way better car wash. Do not recommend this place at all.

I could have done a better job going through a touchless wash and vacuuming/dusting myself. In what world does it make sense to pay $55 and the interior still looks like this?

The worst car place ever, they just don’t care.
Employees have nothing but apathy toward your car, can’t wait til their shift ends.

Left in frustration, decided to go back and get my money back. Managment refunded me, when I Asked if wanted to look at my car to see why I wanted my money back, he said 👎 nope.

No quality control before they give your car back, just the pits.

Beware! If you car is damaged on their property, you are on your own.

I went to the Mister Car Wash at 8280 Flying Cloud Dr; Eden Prairie, MN 55344 on June 21, 2023. It was my first time to a Mister Car Wash. Unfortunately I encountered a significant issue when their gate put a 2 ft scratch & crease in my left door panel. I sent the company an email and received a call a week later. The operator who called was clearly doing so to check a box and provided zero help.

I heard about Mister through some friends as they said the membership is nice. I tried this car wash out for myself and paid $15 and some change for a singular car wash, anticipating I would later get a membership. I’m really not thrilled with the outcome as you can probably guess after seeing these photos. After getting home, my boyfriend and I spent about a half hour cleaning my rig up. I think I’ll look into Fleet Farm’s car wash membership instead.

*edit* Contacted them like the reply below suggested. Complete waste of time. Was bassically shamed for having an issue. No attempt at a resolution. Go someolace else to wash your car. They’ll likely be cheaper, and do a better job. I suggest checking out the Holiday off 42nd and Nevada in New Hope. Way better service, and a better price…also has free vaccums…

Got the $20 wash, tipped 3 bucks…didn’t get an interior wipe, spots left all over the car, and it didn’t even look like they washed the back. Also the tire shine was barely noticeable…not satisfied at all.

Using the full service (interior/exterior) wash certainly is convenient. They always do a pretty good job, fairly thorough with cleaning. Post pandemic, be warned the pricing structure has changed, and the full service is even less affordable…..not as much bang for your buck anymore, especially with floor mats being additional Ala carte charge. A new chain could come in with the old, more reasonable price structure, and do very well.

Excellent wash and beautiful location! The lanes are a little more tight than other locations but as long as you can control your own car and zipper merge you’ll be okay!

  1. Not that impressed. Left soap inside the hatch back seams on my wife’s Explorer, and it also scratched the front corner. So not happy with that. Took my truck there, and although it was supposed to clean the underside of the vehicle, it didn’t. We’ve had better results with Holiday, Kwik Trip, and HyVee car washes at half the price. The only real nice thing is the free vacuum cleaners you can use after the wash. And the staff was friendly. So 2 positive parts = the 2 star review. Otherwise would have been 1 star. Definitely not worth the price you pay.

  2. Can do a better job with a garden hose…

2 stars instead of one simply because this is the only place I know of that accepts dually trucks. I just wish it was better.

I am a monthly member of this place and pay for the highest tier they offer. I wash weekly so it’s not like I have caked on dirt for months. Drove on a wet dirt road today and needed to get the dirt and salt off.
Sent my truck through the wash twice and still dirt everywhere. Went to talk to the attendants and was told there’s nothing they could do. I asked to use the garden hose to finish the job and was told no.

By reading other reviews on this wash it seems like this place would have happier customers if instead of having two people at the desk twiddling their thumbs, they would have an attendant with a pressure washer quickly pre treat areas that clearly need more attention. If Holiday gas stations can do it, then a car wash company should certainly be able to make it happen.

  3. The wash does a great job getting the car clean but…
We did the ViPig wash ($21 at the time)
Might not be best for those who want to take care of the paint. It put some decent sized scratches on the roof of our sedan (Toyota Camry). We don’t have a large vehicle by any means so we were a little confused by how deep the scratches where. I wish they had a no touch wash option…
It is worth noting that since our car has clear coat damage, scratches show up much much easier.
But for those wishing to have a shiny wash without distracting scratches, best not to use this wash service ToT
The vacuums are okay. A little inconsistent. Sometimes have to hunt for the one with the most suction.
But besides the scratches and inconsistent vacuums, it gets the job done!

I had a great experience at Bubble Barn Car Wash! We took our truck in and it got it clean! The best part is that they have a TON of free vacuums to vacuum out your vehicle. Would come back!

Note: a Ford F-350 can fit into the carwash!

  5. Bought the “best” wash and was happy until I went to vacuum the car out and the trunk had a ton of soap all over. Just not overly amused.
