I’m a big carwash guy. I wash my car at least every 2 weeks or so. I only use the self-serve bays. I’ve only had 1 bad experience so far. But it was a super crowded day and i wasn’t able to get full pressure/solution on any setting. But other than that 1 time it’s been great. It can get pricey fast if you don’t have a picture procedure to follow. My favorite carwash since moving to the Madison area. (I’ve tried 5)

Tesla users should avoid this place. My trim now has zebra stripes. There was also foam on it after I finished the wash. I used the automatic wash on the far right.

I wasn’t sure if tgere was any dog shampoo coming out of the nozzle when set for shampoo, but my dog does seem cleaner and smells much better. I will be back. Three more dogs to go!

I have been using both locations for washing my work van for a while now and they’re always okay. I’ve never been in a bay that everything worked in. You waste half of your money waiting for the setting to switch through the hose, and even more time if you wait just to find out it isn’t working anyway. I went last night with my new truck and just about nothing worked. You can’t bucket wash but they want you to sit there with the clock running up your cost when they’re providing you 25% of the services they offer and at best you get lucky and find a bay with 50% working.

Nothing magic about the self wash. I paid $20 for a wash card and got $24 which was nice. However, the self wash bays are not value oriented. The tri foam spray was barely working and the spotless rinse is definitely not spotless. It left all my windows with spots.

It would seem that the automatic wash bays are much more value oriented. I spent $20 on my self wash, and had $4.50 left on the wash card.

I will not be using the self wash bays again. $1 per minute should be 25 or 50 cents a minute. I barely had enough time to complete my wash

I love the ceramic coat that is an optional 5 dollars. Make my car look brand new! The free vacuums are really nice too. After you get the car wash you can detail your car!

I had tons of bugs on my car. One wash didn’t remove them. While I was vacuuming my mats outside, one of their staff members noticed the bugs and wouldn’t let me leave without some hints and another free wash to follow that ended up removing the remainder of the stubborn bugs. I could not recommend their customer service more!! I will definitely be going back.

Never a lo g wait and the car always looks great. The free vacuums have alot of power and with both tools available you can clean the inside with easy and speed. All for one price . It’s an investment in keeping the car nice looking for a long time

Price seems fair for unlimited use of vacuums. I can’t say that my car comes out clean every time, but probably 85% of the time. I used to pay extra for tire stuff – clean or shine, but it’s a waste of money. Not once were my tires cleaned or shined.

All in all, for 12 dollar wash with vacuum it does the trick! Not a 5 star place, but what is anymore?

The monthly pass is great. As long as you wash your car at least twice in a month, the fee pays for itself and you can get it with the fancy wash, not just a basic wash.

The staff is always very friendly and if they see you have your dog with you, the pup usually gets a treat! My dog starts wagging her tail when we pull into the parking lot.

Also the vacuums are free after you wash, which is super nice.

  1. Love it when ya pay $98.00 for a truck trailer wash and pull out with soap everywhere and all this grease everywhere cause they can’t clean the bay after the washout in front of me. Screw you guys I’ll do my best never to be back

  2. Love stopping here to get the truck washed, usually do above average. Stopped again 5/15/23 still one of the best!

  3. When I called them to complain they laughed ,I really don’t know why they act that way. I told them 4 times to wash the cylinder in the picture but they ignored me. They didn’t used acid , there is grease on the rims , there is mud and grease on the paint. If they used acid to wash my truck I will fly to the moon and rotate it to see the other face of the moon. If they do not refund the money American Express will do it. Every one of you must open a dispute if they wash your truck the same way they washed mine. This will be the only way to determined them to do the right job.I told them to charge me extra just to make quality because I have to do some touch-up paint . I will call mobile truck wash to do the job. Manager asked me if I like the way the wash it and I show him few spots but there was a lot more. He tried to correct that but in the mean time the way he act he tried to convince me that is time to leave. Very simple they care just to take my money.
