Friendly place is always clean and organized, great place to clean your vehicles, especially if you’re on the highway alot and you get many bugs on the grill and all over front of the vehicle, you can pre treat those areas before washing. Unfortunately, they were understaffed – only 2 people working the whole thing that I could see. And the car wash continually pushed my side view mirrors in, and nobody was there to pull them out. Being disabled, this is a huge inconvenience. Finally, it left visible residue on my paint and windows.
I regret subscribing and canceled my first month – but wait, there’s more! When I went in to cancel, they told me there was a $6 cancelation fee. I told them that it was absolutely ridiculous to try to charge someone more money when they were telling you to stop charging them at all. They ended up charging me zero cancelation fee – at my insistence.
Nogales has only a couple of automatic car washes, and it seems the staff here treat their clients with indifference and even disrespect because there are no good alternatives locally.
Mister Car wash out of Tucson is much better.

But today I cancelled the subscription because I am moving. I was charged $5 to cancel. For what clicking a cancel button on their computer. She didn’t even wait for me to finish didn’t say anything just went to the back room and shut it off while I was using it really poor service. Decided to stop and get my car washed before an appointment. I paid $24.99 for the wash. I got into my car and realized that my center console was not cleaned. Because I was headed to an appointment I didn’t turn around to have them rectify the problem. I have used the car wash before and had minor issues but this time I’m upset. When you pay good money you expect a good job.
Long overdue, I stopped by heat after an early morning off-road mudding trip and my sensors on my tires went off and long story short, I needed to get the mud out of the tires to continue driving. Luckily this place was only 0.4 miles from where I was. The guys took care of my Jeep quick. Got a full wash, exterior and interior detailing done all within a couple hours. Very customer service oriented and good prices as well. Give these guys a visit for some good washing/detailing and they’ll take care of you!
This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to. This is after my car being “washed and cleaned”. Avoid at all costs.
I love this place. The customer service is awesome. Thay do different level of cleaning for your car from just washing it to great detailing inside and out. And they do it in a very little time. I recommend 💯
The workers all did a good job of cleaning my car inside and out. I would give Octopus five stars if it wasn’t for the greeter. When I arrived a young man directed me to pull forward, which I did. The greeter (person writing the service orders) was helping a customer and I should’ve been next up. Instead she helped another customer. I figured she’d get to me next. But instead she helped someone else. I asked the young man to please let the greeter know that I had been waiting, which he did. She came over and rudely said that she didn’t see me because I had pulled forward without her telling me to. I told her that the young man directed me to move forward. (And there was no way that she didn’t see me). She didn’t apologize, just acted as though the mixup was my fault.
