I love this car wash! I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years and have always enjoyed the experience. I get a kick out of the T-Rex they have out front whether just plain Jane or dressed up for a holiday. More especially I enjoy that they prescrub your car to get the bugs off, have free vacuums to use for after and have towels available to dry down your car when finished. Love being able to dash in and out of here for a quality car wash. There’s not usually a line but if there is it goes quick. The staff usually helps with the payment process and then dose a pre spray prior to entering. Love that the have towels for you to use
Always a big fan but today I have to give a shout out! We asked which wash would be best to help get the brake dust off our wheels… we took his advice and he went above and beyond, walking around to make sure our tires got pressure washed before we went through. Great advice & excellent service… thank you!!
I went and bought the $18 package. Went through the kiosk fine. Had to slightly guide myself into the car wash. Not sure where the staff was or if they were short. No one sprayed prior to the wash. Went through. Vacuumed at the end and noticed tons of dirt everywhere. I have multiple small kids with me and staff was scarce. There was so much missed and for getting an upgraded package, I expected a basic clean even. Got home. My husband was just as unhappy and told me to go to the duck wash next time.
I get my car washed regularly at this tag and go facility until recently when I got a camera installed in my car for backing up and recording as well. On this fateful day as I pulled in to get my car washed the workers scrub down my car and used one of the scrubbing brushes to break my camera it definitely wasn’t the intent, but I believed that it would be covered by tag and go because it wasn’t the machine broke it. It was in a because it wasn’t the machine they broke it. It was an employee . upon filing an incident
report and being contacted I was told that my camera would not be covered because it was something that I installed. I believe as courtesy it should be covered because i shouldn’t pay the price for an employee’s mistake but was denied the mere courtesy. I will not be washing my car here or advising anyone to wash your car there because if Something Happens to your car they will advise you person ‘to tuck it in’, I didn’t know cameras could be tucked in.
