a month agoOkay car wash, get the car cleaned but takes a while to get through for an automatic car wash. On the three washes it took a while to just get onto the belt to get car washed as most the time it seems like you’ve gotta wait for employees for the go ahead whenever they are finished helping someone else or whatever they are doing. For an automatic car wash I am surprised as most are pull in and quick going, this one does seem dated though as they require a person to greet you and get you through wash, no touch screens or self service, nice idea as you get a smiling face when entering but not when you’re on the go and have to wait for them to finish with other cars, main reason for one less star but service is good nonetheless.4 months agoCrew as a whole needs to have a bit of consistency with their locations. I live towards the northern end (newer) of their spraw. When I was “talked” into their subscription, I was told by the attendant that the vacuums were free to “Unlimited” customers. Several locations do not have vacuums available at no additional cost to unlimited customers. I feel as though I was lied to by the attendant. The car wash itself is a good combination between gentle enough for newer cars and the ability to effectively clean the paint.5 months agoGreat service and wash. The only complaint is that they haven’t been updated to the fully automated gates. People will not wait for their turn and would rather run you over than wait. The staff does not do anything to control this, but I can’t blame them, and they probably have been instructed not to. P.S. this is the only Crew Carwash out of the 4 I regularly visit that I need to uninstall my antenna. Otherwise, it gets broken off for some reason. LOL… went through 4 already.2 months agoCrew’s ‘crew’ is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Expect a sales pitch for the club but it’s not overbearing. 🙂. Love the wash quality!

3 months agoWhenever I come here, they always do excellent. This is the only place I come to get my car washed. I don’t know if it’s just me but, I just love the smell of the soap after the wash. It’s a good thing that the location is not too far from where I live. Overall, awesome place to get your car washed!a week agoCanceled my unlimited membership. Been using the wash for 10 years. The wash consistently damaged my vintage car all down my passenger side and was promptly told to take a hike. I had to chase down customer service to get a response on my claim. There is nothing worse than a company that won’t stand behind their work. Even if the evidence proves consistency of damage. Look elsewhere unless you don’t mind having rocks beat your car.2 months agoJuan is amazing! Usually my Jeep Wrangler doesn’t get that clean going through a car wash and Juan took the extra time to clean off the bugs on my car and make sure my wheels were clean. I have never, in all of the years of going to crew car wash encountered an employee that took the extra effort and time like that. I work a busy schedule and haven’t had the time to clean my car like I usually do so I decided to just go get a car wash and I am glad I did! I will definitely be back! Bitter cold or oppressive heat won’t deter them from being upbeat and peppy. In general this is a OK carwash, bit pricey for the 180 unlimited plan compared to competitors.
Sometimes the soup or water nozzles are not working properly and I leave the bay with soup on my car because it was not washed from one side or so!
The water you use for rinse is not spot-free and when it’s not dried correctly it leaves spots on my black truck
The air drying doesn’t really dry the car!
I have a pick-up truck (no lift) the employees can’t reach the front windshield, rear window or Hood so I normally have to park aside and do it my self!
The auto wash doesn’t clean wheels, mine are 20 inch wheels and they’re always dirty after the wash.
I highly suggest investing more in maintenance and adding/adjusting the air dryer so you don’t need to have people do the job!
What I like is the hand-applied tire shine, since I have 20 inch wheels they don’t really fit at crew carwash Automatic tire shine so this is great.
One last thing I mentioned comparing to Crew Car Wash (have membership for my other car for over a year) is that their employees are super friendly, always smiling and they really look happy with their job but Prime carwash employees not very friendly, welcoming and rarely saw someone smiling and happy-looking with what they’re doing (please make your employees happy so they reflect that to customers).
I’ve been to this place multiple times. Paid for a variety of services and always wind up really disappointed. Got the interior and exterior wash today and my car basically got a very basic vacuum.
The outside of my car will be cleaned good. They do not do the inside well. I had a membership and canceled it. I went their 3 times in one month and each time my vehicle’s inside was not vacuumed properly and there was always streaks on my dash. If I’m paying 50 bucks for a membership a month I want at least it vacuumed properly.
Place has really gone downhill since I started using them years ago. Just had and interior and exterior wash done. When they said my truck was ready, it definitely was not. All the windows were a mess as was the inside. They cleaned it up again, and now looking at it at home they barely wiped down most of the inside. Not sure if it’s an issue with the workforce like everyone is experiencing but this place used to be dependable. Now it’s a big hit or miss with interior work like a lot of the reviews have said.
These guys have been getting it right…Inside and out. (Our existing service provider didn’t offer inside services at all their locations) so decided to change it up on one of our vehicles. Happy we did. Gained valuable time back.
Hand wash locations have been very challenging to find with consistent days hours, quality service, good staff.
