I never heard about the 11,000 yen fee when I first signed the contract, nor was I told about it when I canceled the contract. When I first signed the contract, I was told that there was a record of my phone calls, so I asked if I could hear the contents of the recordings, and was told that I could look up the contents, but that I couldn’t tell them. It’s really a garbage company. Please destroy it now. Businesses that cannot survive unless they make profits by deceiving people should be shut down immediately.
