  Avoid. DECEPTIVE PRACTICE TO GET SIGN-UPS. AVOID. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR Credit Card INFO. Running unauthorized charges on my credit card on file. REFUSED to provide full refund citing bogus “bank fees” and “dispute fees”. STAY CLEAR. There are many more professional services available. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY ALREADY.

  I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Doteasy during a domain transfer, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As my domain was about to expire, I decided to consolidate it with another registrar, but there was one small problem – I couldn’t remember where I Initially registered the domain. The domain registrar that I’m about to transfer in checked for me and advised me that In2net is listed as my domain registrar.

  I contacted In2net, and the staff from In2net explained to me that while In2net was my current domain registrar, I had originally registered the domain through their reseller, Doteasy. Because of this, In2net does not have my account profile info. They gave me the Doteasy contact info to save me some time.

  Upon reaching out to Doteasy, Edwin from their Customer Support team was very polite and professional. They first asked me to verify my account. Once the account was verified, they asked me the reason for the transfer. After providing this information, I received the AUTH code required for the transfer process within just one business day. Overall, I found Doteasy’s staff to be reasonable and not too pushy.
