Instead of making customer contact and pointing this out, our domains were deactivated. Loss of production can become very expensive very quickly. Legal avenues are being examined. Update: Support responded very well and quickly.a week agoShortly before a company leaves, things are promised and sold that cannot even be offered. I’ve been waiting for the advance payment to be refunded for months. I receive a reminder for contracts that are not valid because they were canceled immediately after it was clear that the provider did not want to fulfill them. Everyone has to know for themselves how long they want to tolerate such behavior. But I advise you to make backups of your data that is stored at this company, have your IT develop emergency concepts that show which events threaten your existence and include this company in this concept. If you want to know why, you should follow the Interdata case in Mägenwiel. was about 21 years ago! Metanet is no longer what it used to be, I know the company very well from the early days. No comparison with today.

My domain (registered through them) “expired” (without warning) a couple of days ago and the company has did not respond to my emails. I finally managed to resolve the issue by calling their number (their support staff is very helpful when you can actually talk to them), but not thrilled about the experience.
Have been trying to transfer a domain for weeks. Everything is horrible since Switch left : admin panel not migrated, almost impossible to find ticketing support, impossible to request transfer code without phone/support, promises by phone that do nothing, tickets that do not get a reply.
Price is premium, but quality is horrible.
Can’t even understand how this company still exists.
Worst provider ever. I had my domain there for many years since it was still called Switch and then SwitchPlus. They doubled the price and included some hosting which I don’t need so I wanted to transfer my domain and create a transfer code. This functionality is not working at all. Therefore I had to write a support ticket which was ignored for many days. I called the support which instantly said “Hochdeutsch bitte!”. So I was refering to my ticket number and the very unfriendly support employee just said that he cannot verify me because of my phone number. I asked him what else could I do to verify me? He said nothing. I was like “Are you kidding me?”.

Its 21st century and Swizzonic customer service is one big circular reference. Please offer more options on your automatic answering machines or allow for receiving emails with legitimate questions of the paying customers. I am trying to reach your billing department for the last two months. All emails are being returned as not deliverable. You dont deserve single star. Your business has to be a big scam. I am now trying to reach someone via former service provider Switch and Switchplus.
