2 months agoI had been writing for Writer Access for over ten years when I received an email saying my account has been deactivated. According to the company, I had used AI to write my articles. I responded to the email letting them know that I didn’t even know how to use AI and if they looked at my writing style from the past ten years they would see it was me who wrote the article. They responded by telling me that their AI detector stated that 90 percent of my work was AI. To prove them wrong, I took an article I wrote for the platform six years ago and put it through the AI detector, and I got the same results. It said that 90 percent of my work was AI, even though AI didn’t exist for writers six years ago. Even this wasn’t enough for the company to admit they were wrong and reinstate me, but they didn’t. I let them know about the results and offered to send a screenshot, but I never heard back. This was my main source of income and i was deactivated for something I didn’t even do, leaving my family and I unable to make ends meet. If they do this to their dedicated, decade-long writers, who knows what they’ll do to paying clients. I’m extremely disappointed in a company that I once bragged about and spoke very highly about.4 months agoI’ve used them once and will be using them more often. They’ve figured out how provide a wide variety of writing talent across many industries in a cost effective way. They helped me find a great writer in a very niche area. In fact I had 4 qualified candidates to choose from. And, we had a big problem in the 11th hour. Their customer support team swooped in and fixed it within a day without any work on my part.a year agoI have used Writer Access off and on for about 10 years (I can’t believe it’s been that long!). They have continued to improve their platform year after year, and their vast network of writers is impressive. They offer a number of ways to find writers (casting calls, smart match, topic search, etc.), and the writers always deliver on time, PLUS you can communicate directly with the writers without having to go through third party content managers. WordStream has been a tremendous help with our online marketing efforts! I would highly recommend WordStream – you will save a lot of money managing your AdWords account yourself instead of paying a marketing agency to do it for you. We have had record sales since joining WordStream a few months ago while still keeping our AdWords spending dollars (budget) the same. It is incredible to see how easy WordStream makes it to increase your quality score, tweaking ads to increase performance, splitting out ad groups, adding negative keywords, etc. – the 20 minute work week is fabulous!! Best way to manage Google Ads without needing expert knowledge. We discovered WordStream through their helpful Google Ads resources. A sales rep reached out to pitch using their software as a way to manage Google Ads. At the time we were evaluating ways to manage our Google Ad campaigns in house and thought WordStream was a great option. We have been very happy with the WordStream software. It has made managing Google Ads very easy. The premier consulting has been a huge help in how to best analyze everything to do with Google Ads. Brendan has been amazing! With WordStream, we are better tracking conversions, receiving more conversions, all while spending less money on Google Ads.
I started a new job a few months ago and I inherited a Google Ads account that had been very badly managed. I was tasked with improving its performance, among several other duties regarding social media and web updates, and I was a little overwhelmed. I had about a years’ worth of Ads experience before this job, but there was just so much to fix. I found WordStream and I am so happy I did. Not only does their platform help me weed through the tons of data that Ads provides, but they also offer an advisor just for your account, so you can get personalized help. (In the past I found that Google only offers that for the high-spending accounts.) What’s more, WordStream has a designated team to help you set up your tracking codes properly — something I learned I really could not do on my own. After just a couple months with WordStream, I was able to show my bosses a big increase in leads with a dramatic decrease in cost. I’ve also found that my advisor is super helpful and response to email, even though we only talk once or twice a month. I also think that this service is very affordable, especially considering how much it ended up saving my company. I really like the “20 Minute Workweek” feature that provides keyword suggestions and flags ads that aren’t performing well. Another feature I really like is the one that helps you quickly create dynamic (moving) ads, although I wish that they offered more template/font/color options. Overall I am extremely happy with this platform and would highly recommend it.

I love the Client Center. It gives a very clear view of all the accounts that I manage. I can look at all of their basic performance, even their ad spend up to the current day of the month with a percentage, letting me know if they’re spending more than they should or if we need to increase their daily budget.
And from the Client Center view, if you see any numbers that are low among accounts, you can click on it and go straight into making changed and optimizations to help their performance.
As you can probably tell, I’m pretty big on the budget. We’ve had a lot of clients hit their monthly budget before the end of the month and have had to stop their ads. Now we can closely follow their spend and keep them up and running the whole month. I like the 20-minute work week optimize ads feature because it points out the lowest preforming ads and helps us, with great efficiency, to rewrite that ad to be on par with our best performing ads.
I’m also very impressed with their customer service. If you ever have any questions, you have a rep that’s quick and ready to help you out with any concerns.
Would definitely recommend.
Worst ad agency I’ve ever encountered in my 25+ year career. Lost $50,000 because of the required 3 month commitment. Received 0 legit leads from it. All inquiries were spam. They do nothing. Just take your money, assign junior reps who know nothing about advertising or marketing all hidden behind their google accounts so as a client you have zero visibility into anything. Their reporting dashboards are just fluff clicks and impressions. The supposed account manager also never replies nor is proactive. We always had to run after them multiple times with questions on what is happening with our account. Do not recommend wordstream or LocalIQ to anyone of my friend executives. Lesson learned. Avoid at all cost.
