    Bought a 3 year business hosting plan but shifted my site to another host because the hosting was so SLOW. Once shifted to the new host, my site was loading amazing fast. I was desperate to shift and didn’t even complete the 3 year plan. Don’t believe in their speed. They over-promise, under deliver.

    Recently, in a domain renewal, they messed up again. I received an email saying that my domain is going to expire. Wrote to the support, but they didn’t check properly, and they made a mistake in the expiry. Two star customer support.

    There is MUCH better and faster hosting than Exabytes for an even cheaper price. Before hosting with them, research and consider. Hosting speed – half a star. Customer support 2 stars.

    If there is a negative star, I would like to give one. They claim their technical support is 24×7, don’t be fooled by them. Called the number given for technical support, it is only operative during office hour. Sent support ticket to them, I received many different replies, in summary, none of their business. My gmail is not working, Google Support (service is excellent and short waiting time) advised me to check with domain hosting to key in TXT. This domain hosting company Exabytes keeps pushing me away, telling me to look for Google as they don’t handle email hosting. It has been a good 3 days of pushing their responsibility away with many email replies – they don’t handle emails, my email is with Google, not them, most ridiculous reply is my domain was not hosting with them when I paid for the hosting.

    They claimed they escalated my issue to their engineer and the reply is not their issue, go and look for Google.

    Don’t recommend the service from this company.

    Bad experience after change of management from cybersite to exabytes. Server down more regularly and there was once that the email was lost in their server. One of the incident we upgrade the package and need to change server. There is no instruction given to us in advance until the day of change, send us an email with instruction in which the users end up are not able to operate email for half a day for the company. Another experience today in which they deactivate website due to mere $0.40 outstanding because of 1% increase in GST. Customer service replied pending for SSL certificate and is not issue by their company. More likely that this is their internal error as we keep receiving email that we have not pay for the full invoice amount instead of the $0.40.

    Prices are competitive, but unfortunately hosting and technical support is extremely lacking in urgency and detailed analysis/solutions. I raised two separate tickets with details on what was going wrong, one related to hosting performance and the other to DNS record inconsistencies.

    In both cases, the support took so long to reply (without addressing the issues) that I had to move my clients to a different host.

    I’ve been a customer of Exabytes since 2016. Like the saying goes for backend support services that form framework of businesses – no service is good service. It’s true for Exabytes. I haven’t had downtime nor issues. that impeded my work and cost me.

    There were a few small niggling points like queries and when I realised that my secondary domain name had some forwarding error. With just one email, I received immediate attention and solution.

    Can’t ask for more! I highly recommend them! Keep it up Team Exabytes! ***** !

    If you want to know what a true nightmare is, please go ahead with Firstcom.

    Our company engaged Firstcom to set up our e-commerce website under PSG. I really salute and want to give applause to their HR, their capabilities of finding salesman who can easily trick you to fall into their traps.

    Their salesman painted us with so many nice pictures on how capable they are creating the website, how professional they are and they can do everything that we want.

    Once first payment has been made, the nightmare started, they are not contactable, high manpower turnover, we need to start everything again and again because of no proper handover when their staff resign, whatever their salesman promised it’s not fulfilled, long delayed and etc.

    At least we are lucky that the new PIC, Braven is helpful, he tried to solve issues that has been highlighted promptly.

    But, the story not ended, our truly nightmare finally came when the final payment has been made, their developer which don’t know from which country forever will not solve the issues, everyday we will have surprises from the website, and we are treated like guinea pigs to pay and test run for issues that keep occurring. We need to keep paying in order to solve their unforeseen issues which not covered under PSG. And the issues still ongoing and we have no ideas when the end will come.

    Terrible experience! They requested to pay the full sum for the project of web development and social marketing, but they can’t finish and drag the project for almost 2 years. When someone is finally handling my case to focus on the project, he quit the company. Within the span of almost 1.5 years, they already changed 4 project manager. I am really sick n tired of them. Just money spent and lesson well learnt. Give your money to someone else. Last but not least,their telemarketer will keep calling you to promote new courses even when I told them to stop calling.

    Title: Terrible Experience with FirstCom Solutions: Proceed with Extreme Caution


    My experience with FirstCom Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare. I highly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as their incompetence and lack of responsibility have caused me immense frustration and disappointment.

    First and foremost, the staff at FirstCom Solutions are incredibly irresponsible. They keep changing personnel, forcing me to repeatedly explain the content and requirements of my project. This constant turnover resulted in a tremendous waste of time and effort, as it seemed like nobody at the company had a clear understanding of what was needed.

    The final outcome of my project, a website, was an absolute disaster. The quality of work was incredibly poor, with numerous bugs and glitches throughout. The website was painfully slow, making it nearly impossible for visitors to navigate and access the content efficiently. It was evident that the development team lacked the necessary expertise and attention to detail required for a successful project.

    Moreover, the project was significantly delayed. Despite providing clear deadlines and expectations, FirstCom Solutions failed to deliver on time. The delays caused significant inconvenience, and it became evident that their project management skills were severely lacking. It felt as if my project was not a priority for them, leading to constant frustration and disappointment.

    The aftersales service was equally unsatisfactory. When I reported the issues with the website, their response was lackluster, and the resolution process was agonizingly slow. They showed a complete lack of accountability for the subpar work they had delivered. Even worse, despite my repeated attempts to have the issues resolved, the problems persist to this day. It’s truly disheartening that even after paying them, they have not been able to fix the problems they created.

    To add insult to injury, the money I paid for their services has gone to waste. The grant deadline for my project has long passed, and I am left with a poorly executed website that is unfit for purpose. It is evident that FirstCom Solutions has no regard for their clients’ time, money, or satisfaction.

    In conclusion, my experience with FirstCom Solutions has been a complete disaster. Their irresponsible staff, constant turnover, poor project execution, sluggish website, significant delays, and lackluster aftersales support have made this engagement a truly regrettable one. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your projects, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable, unprofessional, and incapable of delivering a satisfactory outcome.

  3. Lousy service provider. CS promise everything but deliver nothing. Our domain and VPS expired because the CS did not monitor our account. I had to call in hotline multiple times, the longest duration was 1 hour 44 min on the phone. I was passed around to different CS who made promises but don’t deliver. Our email was down for more than 2 days and the company was totally unapologetic. Will definitely switch to other providers.

  4. Implemented a fix for a domain authentication issue very quickly so that I will be able to send emails to a Gmail account. Gmail very strict on protocols so I was very grateful for the quick assistance once I provided all of teh relevant information. Top work
