    I recently worked with Mike on one of my clients websites. We had worked with another company initially and they struck out BIG TIME! I was extremely anxious about making a switch and going through the entire process again, but Mike came highly recommended by a colleague, so we went for it. I really didn’t know what I was expecting to see in a finished website, but I knew it would be something that grabbed a persons attention and made them want to look deeper. When I looked at Mike’s first draft, I almost cried. I did shed a couple of tears when I showed my clients, and they were even more excited and emotional than I was. The site was FABULOUS!!!!!!! Hands down, I will never work with another company again. Mike listens…I mean he really listens! He gave myself and my client exactly what we wanted and so much, much, much more. The extra creativity, the invaluable advice and direction, and the timely delivery was all impeccable….and Mike’s a pretty likeable guy to boot. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough.   1. This company is great as long as you don’t need anything outside of their normal canned responses from a support case. Their customer service seems incapable of actually reading what anyone puts in a ticket as you will only ever receive a “canned response” from them regardless of what you write. I have requested that my account be closed on 5 different occasions now only to have them ignore what I have written and auto renew my account. Absolutely horrible customer service and there is no way to contact them by phone….

  2. I am pleased with the service, and at how much more convenient it is now that my emails run through Google, but it was a little tricky getting it set up. The process seemed simple enough, but I kept running into problems. Luckily, my website designer helped me finish. Overall, it is worth it, but be prepared in case there are glitches during the transfer.

  3. DO NOT USE. Their customer service is an email ticketing system that takes over a week to respond. I’ve simply been trying to talk to someone, ANYONE, but have had no success. We are trying to change the email address on our account since the old one has been deactivated, and over two months later, still haven’t been able to do it. Stay away. I don’t even want to give them one star…

  4. Bought a domain from them last week and gave them my phone number when prompted. Suddenly I went from getting one spam call every couple of weeks to nine calls this morning alone. No other business was given the number in the meantime, so the timing is either an enormous coincidence or they must be selling user information to every spammer under the sun.

  5. Lost access to my account and domains because their messed up system changes. Customer service/expierence has been going down hill since 2018
