a year agoI was extremely impressed with Mr. Junior Campbell. It was raining “cats and dogs” on Monday Sept. 26, 2022 as hurricane Ian had just passed close to Jamaica. I called Mr. Campbell to see if our 11:00 am meeting was still on in this flood. To my pleasant surprise, he immediately said yes, and was indeed on time for the meeting. Throughout the meeting he conducted himself in a most professional manner. I intend to be in business with his company for a very long time, and gladly recommend HSS Group Ltd. The Hb Ja. team, namely Ms. Opal and Ms. L. Cole. Highly efficient and prompt in their services. Ms. Cole addressed my issue, and in just a few hours, the issue was completely resolved. She took the time out to make me understand and gave me a walk-through and guided me in having my company’s issue fixed. I know that Ms. Lisa is not the only well respected CSR/CSA or Manager, but she is the best.

They get one star only because it’s not possible to give zero. This is the worst company i’ve ever had to do business with and i don’t think another company could ever take that title. Lisa was a nightmare to work with and I thank God for the Consumer Affairs Commission because it is with their intervention that I *finally* got my payment accepting, fully-functioning eCommerce website up and running months after the date I was promised by hbjamaica. This of course increased their tension towards me as a customer and though I never thought it possible, their customer service actually worsened. I grew used to my reality of unanswered calls and emails. Along with their consistently distasteful service, there were also website glitches, including incoming orders that did not appear under the ‘incoming orders’ tab, but rather ended up in some miscellaneous corner of the website unbeknownst to me, the site owner, causing me to miss out on fulfilling potential orders. This happened REPEATEDLY. As they will likely prove when they respond to this review, they never take accountability for their shortcomings, but consistently blame utility partners, staff shortages, COVID, the customer etc. instead of offering a sincere and humble apology. The good that this company offers was far outweighed by the bad, so for me it was a painful experience overall.
