   The company does an excellent job with the services it provides. I ordered contextual advertising for the site. Other companies also provided advertisements, but their quality was not very good. But here the approach to me as a client was different and the work was done perfectly. They didn’t try to delay the completion of the work with any excuses, and if I was interested in something, I could always clarify and change something so that the advertising would be of higher quality and more effective. So I continue to work with them.

   Below is my message that I wrote to netroket employees, a short preface to make it clear, in 2018 they made us a website genelsmoke.com, on a template that opens in 15 seconds, the code opens in 11 seconds. The netrocker responds to this by saying that the hosting is to blame. In general, they come up with a new reason every time why this happens. They never said it was the template’s fault. OK. We ask them to make us a new website, for 3,500 euros they persuade my partner to use the same template so that the new website opens in 15 seconds in 2020. OK. When I get into this chat, I immediately have a question – will our site be on a template? I somehow can’t wrap my head around 3500 Euros and the template. Maybe these are the prices in Ukraine xs) I got into the chat for the development of a new site 2 months after the start of work, the netroker was sent an advance of 2600 euros, in 2 months they did: technical specifications, semantic core, link building analytics. I was surprised 🙂 I persuaded my partner to leave them, at the very end of our productive work they make us a brochure design, there are no questions about the design, but the employee Elena sends the wrong file to the printing house for printing and of course it’s our fault in the end or the printing house employee, I didn’t understand 🙂 Below you can read my full review. I am not discouraging anyone from working with this company, but I thought it necessary to share my opinion. Maybe I’m wrong on some issues, it could be that I’m not an expert, unlike the non-trokets.

   You charge very decent money for your work, I assess your work in all respects as satisfactory, to put it mildly, from running social networks to a site that in the 21st century opens as if it were in 2000, when you are sitting on a dial-up modem. Based on your answers to my questions, I understand that there is no need to talk about any of your competence in these matters. First you say that you placed it on some servers so that it opens quickly in Europe, then the hosting is to blame, then it turns out that the code takes 11 seconds to load, which according to you is normal Ok. Let’s return to the site again, but I didn’t immediately get into contact with your company and I don’t know what conversations Pasha had with you on the phone and what you ultimately came to, what I see is that the bottom line is that the work began in mid-December (correct me if not right), two months later you send a message, Pasha, did we stop with this layout? seriously? And then how long would it take for the site to be ready in 2 years? OK. Again Pasha did something wrong.
   Your client, who has already worked with you, contacts you and you again offer him to make a website using the same template for 3,500 euros? I haven’t read the agreement with you, but it seems to me that if I had not appeared in this chat, there would have been a site on the same template with different pictures. It would also open for 15 seconds. OK.
   As a result, we have a semantic core for SEO made in 2 months. TK according to the template, I’d better forget it right away. Links. A lot of work. It might be useful, but I doubt it. I repeat, because your competence raises big questions for me.
   Well, for dessert, brochures, I read your message with the debriefing that you sent to Pasha. Once again he was to blame, once again.
   You say, in the letter, Lena asked Misha to answer and confirm, I didn’t see this on the screenshots. OK. In fact, Pasha called Misha and said that they would now send the layouts for printing. But Pasha had to check again for the netrocker, although he confirmed this option in a telegram. Pasha has a lot of time to check and confirm 10 times. What do we have? From your excuses, I understood that the netrocker needs to be checked in everything, and preferably in a multi-stage manner, so that Misha and Pasha and someone else check it. OK. This is very effective and fast, so probably in 2 months a grain of work on the site was done, you apparently base all your work on these principles.
   Netrocket from 2600 Euros, returned 1300 Euros, for which many thanks to them!
   For all the cooperation with netroket, my partner Pasha gave about 10 thousand euros. I don’t understand how you can offer a client who is so valuable to you to make a new website for that kind of money using the same slow template. End.

   I came across an advertisement about analyzing a site, looking for errors for promotion. I left a request.
   The next day or the day after, the head of the department contacted me. He said that the analysis is done by his specialists, but it happens through the service. They didn’t dive into the site, but there are problems with the content.
   There are also technical problems. The report will describe everything. I asked where to send the report to Viber or email, which he will send now. And as a result, for 3 days there has been no report either in Viber or in the mail. The attitude towards the client is not very good, if they promise to reset it, then they should do so.

   During the period from May 12 to June 10, I took the “SEO Specialist” training course.
   I am very grateful for giving me the opportunity to study with you. I received basic knowledge of SEO optimization of websites and learned about the specifics of the work first hand.
