I bought a used car and it had this horrible scent that no amount of air fresheners could fix. it was owned by a house painter previously and had paint everywhere. I took the car to freeway expecting a nice deep clean and hopefully removing the smell, but even told them not to worry about the paint stains because I was aware I’d need to get paint thinner for those. when I received my car back, not only was the disgusting smell completely gone (and I even waited to make this review to make sure it STAYED gone), but they also somehow removed all the paint stains from the car. the car looks immaculate and smells great! expensive, but SERIOUSLY worth it. 5 stars!

This place used to be the best! Now, it flat out stinks! I just paid $30 for th Works. Got home and realized the only area that was cleaned was the drivers area. Noticed scuffs on passenger door which caused me to examine further. The back seat was not touched, no vacuum, no wipe down, no nothing. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE FROM THIS HOLE!!!!

The car wash was great
Car full if my dog’s hair also was removed. Tires and rims cleaned perfectly. Be careful if outside mirrors and my front license plate almost pulled off. But other than that they cleaned car 👍 great

They do a good job. I would recommend getting a monthly package If you like to keep your car vacuumed and washed. Staff has always been friendly. The only downfall is occasionally The line gets really busy during peak hours but I usually just come back later.

Great spot, tons of personal wash bays. I can’t speak to the drive through wash, my car has a roof rack so it can’t go through those. The only reason for a four instead of a five is because some of the bays don’t work entirely. The bat on the left most side only has half functionally of the options (no tire cleaner, no rinse/pre wash, etc). But it is really nice that they take credit cards rather than only coin op! I use this place probably once a month or so for a quick cleanup, always does the trick.

This was a great Spa Day (well 15 minutes) for my car!
They charged a reasonable price for hosing down the mats, vacuuming out the seats/floors, wiping down all the dashes, putting it through the wash and towel drying my car.
For like $10 more I could have done the monthly unlimited wash subscription. If I lived any closer this would have been a no brainer of a decision!
I’ll definitely be back for another service treatment! (You know it’s a good place if the local police use it for their cruisers!)

I got my car interior detailed and it smells *horrid.* It smells like a dirty vacuum and dirty vacuum water. I have to have my windows open at all times because it’s so bad. My car has never smelt like this. I’ve had my car cleaned before and never experienced this smell. I’m so disappointed and upset, as I suspect the only way to correct this will be to re-wash all my seats.
I will add that my husband got his cleaned at the East Providence location the next day, and did not have a smell. His car was also returned almost completely dry while mine was absolutely soaking wet.

I get the $90 reconditioning for my car every couple weeks here. Their work is the dictionary definition of thorough. If you drive something you’re proud to have, this is one of the best places around to get it taken care of.

Pulled up to the fast pass lane and was waiting so long for someone in front of me who was having a problem with a membership. It took so long like 10 minutes! Other people were beeping the horn behind me because it was taking so long. If your going to operate a car wash with a fast lane and you have a customer that has an issue let the customer through and handle the issue inside or in the parking lot. Don’t let the whole car wash lane back up to the street. They also could have put a cone behind the car and moved us to another lane. I canceled my membership because of this poor service! Also they have lanes closed many times and it is the slowest car wash to get in!!!
The renovations improved this already awesome car wash. I’ve always had a problem with these type of car washes getting the backside of my Renegade. Not anymore. 5 stars for perfection. Thanks so much
Drove 20 mins to try this place. Fancy doesn’t mean better. My car was still dirty in some spots. Staff is courteous. Yes fast. Vacuum is free but self-service. For the same price, there’s a spot in Cranston that does the outside AND inside and your car leaves a lot cleaner!!
Definitely watch out for this place been here twice and both times left deep scratches on the doors and wheel wells on the left hand side.. They will not help if this happens I have called and left messages and no one responds
