2 months agoLong time member! Green affordable options and excellent service. Love to see more popping up around town! The dash wipes are awesome. I’ve really liked the addition of the microfiber towels at the vacuuming stations. Vacuums have always worked well and they have a small air compressor hose to blow things out of nook and crannies. It’s the perfect one stop shop!3 weeks agoCar was damaged (2022 BMW – 17K is the estimate from the dealer). They were very helpful the day of the incident, but 5 weeks later….still getting the run around. Suddenly not as helpful . They reviewed the video from the car wash, and have accepted responsibility. That is about it. Not very thrilled at this point.Wash your car at your own risk.
after reading the response from 31AUG…that is definitely not the way it was handled. I have yet to be contacted by the insurance company about an estimate or to view the damages. I have been told you do not have insurance and it is the responsibility of the location itself to pay out of pocket for the repairs…it seems the social media accounts and the actual workers do not reference the same play book
4 months agoRegarding the wash itself, great wash and great price. 2 cars on their best wash subscription is $48.99/mo. They have great staff, good vacuums, nice towels, and they give you a dash wipe when you pull up.However, a couple weeks ago this car wash malfunctioned and stopped a Jeep in front of me from moving forward. The rollers would back me up a bit and push my Subaru into the back of the Jeep a few times. My hood is bent, the secondary latch won’t release, the grill, trim, insignia and other things behind it all are broken/bent too. The manager took about 4 days to call me back about admitting liability (they admitted they were and stated all repairs would be paid, no insurance needed) but overall the experience has been decent. They have a contract with DMI Collision for auto repairs in these situations so I will update this review once the repairs have been completed to showcase overall timeliness and quality of the repairs.
Latest edit: Everything was fixed without a hitch and the whole thing was resolved in 3-ish weeks. Awesome service all-around 🙂
2 months agoWe paid $20 for the mirror on our car to get mangled by their automatic car wash. We made a complaint and got in touch with a manager who told us that we could get NO COMPENSATION BECAUSE THE VEHICLE IS 5 YEARS OLD+ There is a sign that tells this but it is too small to read and hard to notice. Poor wash and left the car still dirty DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!a week agoGreat car wash, machines do a great job. If you need to run through again they will, but I’ve only had that once when my truck was muddy. Vacuums are great, cloths for the interior are a nice touch.

2 months agoThis is a pretty nice car wash, and I’m enjoying my monthly pass. The line to go through the wash is almost never long, and the service is always friendly. Does a decent job cleaning. Last couples times I’ve been through though the brush that cleans the top of the hood/windshield has barely touched, so it left dirt. They need to fix that. Otherwise it’s a nice place! The drying part could be better. Also they are located next to a dirt field, a lot of times when you leave you’re driving through muddy dirty water so don’t go too fast or you’ll get muddy splashes on your vehicle.6 months agoGood car wash. It’s worth getting the monthly membership.3 months agoOh, I Love Mr Car Wash. I visit twice a week and all the happy smiles cheer me up. Your workers are hard working individuals and they always do an exceptional quality work on my vehicle. There is one girl named Genee who gives time for me. She watches my Vehicle and adds some Xtra work. I always feel confident when she is working. Being an elder I don’t receive much attention. Your entire staff gives me such kindly attention. Throw a party or something for them!They are the very best.

AVOID! This is just another of many reviews pointing out how this place damages vehicles. Wish I had read the reviews before I went in here. DO NOT use this place Unless you want your vehicle destroyed and still dirty. Not only did this wash not get my vehicle clean, it mangled my truck. Ripped off half my left rear fender flare which will cost about $900 to get replaced. It left abrasion marks on the right side of my truck, and even bent the license plate. Unfortunately I didn’t stop again to refuel until I was in Amarillo Texas and didn’t notice all the damage until then.
I paid 20 dollars for the car to be cleaned and it’s still dirty. What’s the point of paying for the most expensive wash if it doesn’t even get all the dirt off??? Waste of money, don’t go here.
This place is awesome. The staff are mostly friendly even if they look like they aren’t. The are great if the wash didn’t get something on your car they are willing to have you go back and get the spots missed. The prices are reasonable and my kids love this place.
Great location, quick service, etc.
I do expect a $15 car wash to remove most of my bugs and actually dry my car. Just another quick huck lazy car wash. There are better options in town.
The two employees working today did an excellent job. Will try to stop by later to get their names and recognize them properly. Went above and beyond to make sure my car was clean after a long night at work.
