3 weeks agoWent through the car wash one time on June 24, 2023. A female employee ran our card and told us that we could get 1 wash per day for 30 days. Haven’t gotten a wash since, but we’ve been charged $50 over two months on our credit card in addition to the $25 we paid on June 24. We did not sign up for any recurring charges nor were we aware or informed by the employee that there would be recurring charges. We are only being refunded $25 by this car wash. Beware of this scam.a month agoI bought what I thought was a one month car wash for 15.00. Then I noticed they garged my credit card for another month for 17.89 for another, month. They did not say that would. so I called to ask about this. She said I had to call and cancel. Could not take it off. So I canceled and she would send me a confirmation, she did not do it.a month agoI went to the car wash a month ago and told the man I want a one and done car wash. He takes my card and helps me out and I’m thinking how nice of him to help me. Instead of helping, he signs me up for a $25 a month membership. And I got charged and called and was told there was nothing they could do to help. a month agoThis USED to be my favorite place to get a car wash. I’d drive from McCalla to get here. The reason I’d drove this far is because there was a staff of cleaners that would vacuum your car before the wash and wipe dry the vehicle after the wash.Now, it is purely a drive-thru wash. No point in coming here as there are dozens of these that work identically and are significantly closer.
They removed the only reason to come here versus their competitors.

Horrible place. Took my whole side bumper off and the manager told me their wasn’t nothing he can do. My car wasn’t cleaned as well and when asked about it the black manager told me to wipe it off with a towel. Used a towel, and it smeared. Of this is how active military is treated then this place is not for us. Spent $18 and came out with a side bumper that was removed and a dirty car. Horrible service, horrible staff.
The only place I will go to get my car washed. The vacuums here are so powerful and get my car floors super clean. My only qualm is that they don’t scrub brush your car before you go in into the machine car wash area so you may have to do a little buffing out of the tougher grime yourself at the vacuum area after your car is done washing.
I can’t find a better place that’ll clean your car and not leave streaks. Super fast, friendly and free vacuums. And you know how we all live free 🤣😂 10/10 I highly recommend coming here.
I’d give it a 5 if their vaccine ever worked While I love Marc’s I have lived here for five years I pay for the membership the buddy’s special I think . The vaccine never work ever on one side they’re always out . On the other side the vacuums are very light like someone is blowing air from their mouth actually that may be harder then their vacuums. The vacuums suck I speak with others who wash their car here they all have Memberships so why the vacuums never work if you have tons of memberships where is the money going nkt into the vacuums I know that 🤣🤣🤣
Decent wash. The attendant sprayed my front window but ignored the back window. I use the one in Montgomery regularly, and they even use a brush on front of car and front and back windows to help with bugs. None of that here. I don’t know if it’s a difference in locations or poorly trained teams.
