I could never thank him enough for what he did. The service here is excellent. a month agoExcellent customer service at this location! I have 3 different vehicles on the monthly unlimited plan (one purchased online and the other 2 from 2 different locations). Since I started I would have an issue with at least one of the vehicles not being recognized in the member lane which was very frustrating. Each time the attendant said they “fixed” the issue but then the next time I took a different vehicle through the same thing would happen. Stopped in at this location over lunch since it is close to my office and had the issue again. Christopher, the GM at this location took the time to review my accounts with me and was able to determine why this was happening and fixed the issue!! He went above and beyond to review the set up of all my vehicles for each account were correct.All the GO locations offer a great wash, but this one by far has the customer service that will make it my go to from now on!!
a week agoLove it! Great products used in the wash, believe me I’ve tried many car washes around this city & this wash made my car the most clean and shiniest of them all. Also the vacuums are great quality & get the job done quick.2 weeks agoThey will try their best to up sell you at every opportunity. I got the $10 bacic wash which has bug remover included, after I came out none of the bugs came off the front of my car. Since they were short staffed they never applied the bug off and only sprayed one side of the car. The manager told me I would need to upgrade to get the bug off for $18. He said the bug stuff does not work and bugs will never come off. One brush didn’t even touch the car and other brushes are not working properly. Informed management who brushed it off and did nothing.2 years agoThis used to be a good place. I just finished getting my car washed and it was quite dirty as I park under a tree and there was a lot of pollen and bird poop on the car.After leaving the bird stuff was gone, but the pollen was still all over the care because the automatic cleaning didn’t really touch much of the car. Mind you, this is after they manually spray down the car as you enter.
a year agoJust bought a membership here, car wash does a great job. I have a black car so drying is a big deal and this machine does a fantastic job at that. The vacuums portion is nice in the summer it looks like.I’ll be taking care of my car here for A while! Also the membership is a no brained in regards to price!
Just wish they had wipe down service at the end like Waterway is doing with their automated option now.

This is an excellent car wash, with state of the industry equipment and wonderful service. My truck came out looking as good as when I bought it. They prices are right and they have money saving annual passes. If you’re a military veteran, go by and check out the Memorial Day or Veteran’s Day discount. God bless America.
Decent car wash and good prices! Tire shine wasn’t quite the best so that’s my main reason for 4 stars. Free vacuums as long as you purchase a car wash, but you need to do the vacuum before the actual car wash! I definitely messed up on that one, but the employees there were very helpful. All around a good place to go!
Went to get my truck washed today. They wouldn’t sell me a monthly pass because they have lots of business right now. Nothing about that on the tons of signs they had advertising about the monthly passes and fee’s. Guess they don’t want any repeat business. The car wash also did a very poor job on my vehicle. They don’t seem to care about anything if they have a few cars in line.
Vacuums aren’t that powerful, but did the job well enough, I guess. Did a basic bottom level car wash for $9.00. OK job for the money. I think they need to check the aim of the dryers at the end. One side dried pretty well. The other side was still pretty wet on the windows.
I really like this car wash. I always get the $21 wash because I can come back in 48 hours if my car is dirty and get a free wash
